Friday we got to preview and play the Emberville prologue. It was such an honor to be chosen and to get to experience it. Had such a blast! The game was so much fun, and already so indepth. It's like a darker version of Stardew Valley, but with a dungeon crawler aspect. I was definitely left wanting and craving more. And when we finished, the CEO and lead developer showed up in my chat and thanked me for playing. Stuck around and answered questions. It was such a surreal experience that made the whole thing even better. Left me floating on a high over the weekend.

It's very clear that everyone that worked on this game put their heart and soul into it. They definitely took pride in crafting an immersive and engaging world. And there's so many different ways to play, so many options for your character and fighting style. They even ask for feedback and are using it to make the game even better. Love to see a company caring about their players and player experience.

I can't wait until it's October release and will definitely be picking it up and playing it when it releases. I'm stoked. Thank you to @embervillegame for the amazing opportunity and letting me be a part of the preview. by @crusader4j

Went and saw the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child traveling Broadway Show over the weekend. The show was amazing! Great acting, and the pageantry was incredible! They do the set changes right there in front of you, no dropped curtains, and they make it all look so effortless and magical.

I re-watched the movies in prep for this, and realize that I may be a little obsessed! 😅 It also made me want to replay Hogwarts Legacy. I had so much fun playing it, but I never did finish it. Time to relive the magic! by @crusader4j

Trying out a new game tonight. Norse: OATH of Blood is a Turn-Based Tactics game set in Viking-Age Norway. Build a settlement, forge alliances, and fight strategic battles. Manage a community of craftspeople, farmers, and warriors, as you grow strong on your path to vengeance in this story-rich saga.

Looks like a lot of fun. And I love vikings so it's right up my alley. The devs graciously gave us a copy to try out, so I'm stoked to get to play it.
