Using a real estate agent to buy or sell in Phoenix isn’t required, but here’s the truth: doing it solo often costs more than people expect. The right agent helps you spot opportunities before they hit Zillow, negotiate strategically, avoid overpaying, and protect you from costly fine-print surprises that don’t show up in the listing photos.

I go beyond opening doors. I analyze the market daily, write strong offers, negotiate repairs and credits, and guide you through inspections, appraisals, and contracts so nothing gets missed.

If you’re planning a move in 2026 and want a clear, confident strategy for buying or selling in Phoenix, AZ, let’s talk.

Send me a message and let’s chat about your real estate goals.

My goal is simple: to make your first homebuying experience feel informed, supported, and exciting instead of stressful.

OUR MONTHLY HIKES ARE FINALLY BACK! 🥾

Summer break is over, the temperatures are beautiful, and we’re ready to get back outside!

Our first Haven Hikers meetup is October 25 at 8 AM in Phoenix, AZ!

Here’s what we have planned:
🧘🏽‍♀️ Morning stretch with the wonderful Taylor
🥾 A 3.1-mile hike
🔔 A relaxing sound bath led by Taylor to wrap things up

This is your time to get outside, meet like-minded women, make new friends, clear your head, and just be present. Whether you need a little peace and quiet, want to let go of something, or simply want to connect with nature, this time is for YOU.

A few things to know:
💧 Bring plenty of water and stay hydrated throughout the week.
🧘🏽 Bring your mat for the stretch and sound bath.
🥾 Wear comfortable hiking shoes.
⏰ Arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.
🚻 Parking and porta potties are available, but there are no regular restrooms at this location.

This is a 3.1-mile hike, so we recommend having some hiking experience and feeling comfortable with this distance. If you’re new to hiking, we encourage you to try a few shorter hikes beforehand to make sure you’re ready for this one.

📍 The exact location will be included in your confirmation email after you sign up.

Ready to join us? Comment “HIKERS” below, and we’ll send you the signup link!

Let’s get outside, connect, and keep building our community of women in the Valley, one hike at a time.

See you on the trail!

Your hosts,
Niurka & Jessica 🩷💚

Arizona in the fall is something ELSE! 🍂😍🌲

I recently went to Arizona Snowbowl in Flagstaff to see the changing leaf colors, and WOW. It was absolutely breathtaking! The golden aspens, mountain views, and riding the scenic gondola up to 11,500 feet made for such a beautiful experience. I couldn’t stop looking at the views!

If you’re planning a trip, here’s what you need to know 👇

🍂 Check the Leafometer before you go! Snowbowl shares updates on the fall colors so you can see how the leaves are changing and plan your visit. The colors are currently in their prime, but they won’t last much longer!

🌳 Visit the Aspen Nature Loop Trail! Make time for this one while you’re in the area. Walking through the aspen trees is beautiful, and even after the leaves fall, the trees and surrounding forest are still worth seeing.

🚠 Take the scenic gondola! It takes you up to 11,500 feet, the highest lift-served point in Arizona, with incredible views of the San Francisco Peaks and Northern Arizona.

❄️ A heads-up about the fall colors: It snowed yesterday, so conditions and the scenery may look different now than they did when I visited last week. Some leaves may already be falling, too. Don’t let that discourage you, though! The mountain is beautiful even as the seasons change.

🎟️ Ticket prices: Tickets have been advertised starting at $28 per person when purchased online in advance. Prices vary by date, so check the official website for your preferred day.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Gondola tip: If your party has fewer than 4 people, you may need to share your gondola cabin with other visitors, so keep that in mind when planning your ride.

📅 Don’t wait too long! Fall scenic rides are scheduled through October 18, 2026, weather permitting. Check current conditions and operating hours before making the drive.

📍 Arizona Snowbowl, Flagstaff, AZ

If you’re looking for a beautiful fall day trip in Arizona, add this one to your list! 🍂❤️

Have you experienced fall in Flagstaff yet, or did you have no idea Arizona looked like this?! 👀

Thinking about buying a new build? Here are 5 things you should know!

🏡 1. Have your own representation. The sales rep at the model home represents the builder, not you. Their job is to protect the builder’s best interests, so make sure your agent is with you on your very first visit!

💰 2. New builds can be a great option right now. Builders are offering incentives like lower interest rates, closing cost assistance, and other promotions that can make a real difference in your monthly payment.

📈 3. Think about resale before you buy. If you plan to sell in 3–5 years, you could be competing with the builder selling the same model brand new, potentially with incentives your resale home can’t offer.

🔍 4. Always get an independent inspection. Even with builder and city inspections, things can still get missed. Just because a home is brand new doesn’t mean it’s problem-free.

📍 5. New doesn’t automatically mean better. A resale home might offer a better location, a bigger lot, mature landscaping, better views, or even more house for your money. Focus on what makes the most sense for you and your lifestyle.

I just uploaded a new YouTube video where I dive deeper into all five points and share what I wish I knew before buying my first new build.

Comment YOUTUBE below and I’ll send you the episode!

One thing I love about living in Arizona is how many places we can visit with just a short drive (or plane ride). We love road trips, so a 6-hour drive is close to us 🤣

We drove from Phoenix to Albuquerque, NM, to experience the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, and this was our second time going!

We went two years ago and loved it so much that we knew we had to go back. Seeing over 500 hot air balloons fill the sky at sunrise is such a cool experience, and it’s definitely worth the early wake-up call.

And when I say early, I mean 3 AM early! 😂 Trust me, you want to avoid sitting in traffic trying to get into the parking lots.

The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta is the largest hot air balloon festival in the world. It happens every October, and if you haven’t been, I highly recommend adding it to your bucket list. I’ve been twice now, and I already want to go back!

A few things to know before you go:

* Get there early, especially for the morning events.
* Dress in layers because those early mornings get cold.
* Check the schedule before booking. Different events happen on different days.
* Buy your tickets ahead of time and look into parking or Park & Ride options.
* Bring your camera because you’ll want pictures of this!

If you’re in Arizona, Albuquerque is about a 6-hour drive from Phoenix, making it a great road trip for October.

Have you been to the Balloon Fiesta, or is this going on your bucket list?

Feeling really grateful this morning! Our little baby girl turned one year old and I’m grateful to have been able to be there with Corie to celebrate with her and the family!

Grateful for my sister and my mom that flew in from NY for such a quick turn around trip. Literally flew in Friday night to be there for the party on Saturday to fly back Sunday morning.

Grateful to Ben and Michelle for putting this party together which came out so cute!!! Grateful for Michelle’s family for being so welcoming and amazing!

Grateful for our little princess who reminded me to check out and enjoy the little moments. Her laughter was everything! My cup is full ❤️

So grateful for this weekend. 🩷

If you’re looking for a fun fall activity in the West Valley, ADD THIS TO YOUR LIST! 🎃🍂

My wife, my in-laws and I went to Harvest Nights at DH Farms in Phoenix, and we had a really good time.

They have a 7.5-acre corn maze which is the largest in Arizona 😱

Here’s what you’ll find here:

• 7.5-acre corn maze
• Pumpkin Tales
• Photo ops all throughout
• Sunflower field
• Pumpkin bowling
• Giant bounce house
• Tire rolling
• The illuminated trail of carved pumpkins
• Pumpkin patch
• Straw maze and straw tower
• Fall market
• Live entertainment
• And so much more

I also liked that this was something my in-laws could enjoy with us. The property is accessible for seniors and individuals who use wheelchairs. Just keep in mind that it’s a large property, so there is quite a bit of walking. If you’re bringing a senior who doesn’t use a wheelchair or scooter, that’s something I would consider before going.

One thing I would love to see more of at these fall events is vegan food options. This is now the second fall event we’ve gone to where I wished there were more options for people with food allergies or different dietary needs. Hopefully we’ll see more of that in the future.

Overall, we had a great night and I love finding different things to do around the West Valley during fall.

📍 Phoenix, AZ
🎃 Harvest Nights at @visitdhfarms
📅 Open through November 1

Have you been to Harvest Nights yet? What would you want to check out first?
