Sometimes your purpose finds you when you’re simply looking for relief… Before Soul Bloom Cryotherapy ever existed, Stephanie was a client. She was searching for relief from arthritis in her hand when she was introduced to localized cryotherapy. After experiencing firsthand how much it helped, she kept coming back. As time went on, she also found cryotherapy helped her manage inflammation, bloating, and discomfort during menopause. That experience sparked something bigger. She became certified in localized cryotherapy because she wanted to help other people experience the same hope and relief she had found. Today, every session at Soul Bloom is rooted in that same mission—to help people feel better, move better, and live with less pain and more confidence. Whether you’re looking for targeted pain relief, support with inflammation, post-workout recovery, or body contouring, we’re here to help you decide if cryotherapy is the right fit for your goals. Have questions? We’d love to help! ☎️ Call or Text: 919-638-4001 📍 516 Valley Forge Rd. • Hillsborough, NC Located inside @elevateloungeandsuites 🗺️ Mobile Cryotherapy Available! If you’ve been curious about cryotherapy, you’re not alone! These are the three questions we hear the most: • Does it hurt? NO! • Will I see results after one session? • How many sessions does it take? The answer depends on your goals. For pain management, many clients notice relief after their very first session. For body contouring, results are gradual, and most clients begin seeing noticeable changes after 3–4 sessions. We also take measurements before and after every session so you can track your progress—not just rely on the mirror. Have another question about cryotherapy? Leave it in the comments or send us a message. We’d love to answer it in a future video! When’s the last time you invested in your health and recovery? ☎️ Call or Text | 919-638-4001 📍 516 Valley Forge Rd. – Hillsborough, NC Located inside @elevateloungeandsuites 🗺️ Travel cryotherapy available! 📅 By appointment 📲 Send us a message or book online to schedule your consultation. 🕖 Hours: Monday–Friday 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM #holistichealth #cryotherapy #nclocal #fypシ taken in Soul Bloom Cryotheraphy,LLC by @cryowithstephanie

You’ve probably heard of cryotherapy… but THIS might not be the cryotherapy you’re thinking of. 👀 No chamber. No full-body freezing. No one-size-fits-all approach. This is targeted cryotherapy — focused cold therapy applied exactly where your body needs it. And people come to us for all kinds of reasons. A knee that’s been bothering them. Sore muscles after a workout. Tight shoulders after a long week. A little extra help with body contouring. A refreshing facial. Scalp therapy. Or simply a wellness session that helps them feel GOOD. Because wellness looks different for every body. Some people are focused on recovery. Some are managing everyday aches and inflammation. Some have body sculpting goals. Some just want to prioritize themselves for a few minutes. That’s what we love about localized cryotherapy. It’s targeted. It’s quick. And your session can be tailored to your goals. Not sure where you’d even start? That’s okay. Send us a message and tell us your goal — we’ll help you find the right session. ☎️ Call or Text: 919-638-4001 📍516 Valley Forge Rd. • Hillsborough, NC Located inside @elevateloungeandsuites 🗺️ Mobile Cryotherapy Available! There’s something about opening Soul Bloom in the morning. 💜 Walking in, turning on the lights, getting the room ready, powering up the machine… all the little things that happen before our first client ever walks through the door. It’s quiet. It’s peaceful. And that’s exactly how we want it to feel. A place where you can step away from the noise for a little while, get comfortable, relax, and take some time to do something good for your body. Whether you’re coming in for pain relief, recovery, body sculpting, or simply making your wellness a priority, your appointment is time set aside for you. Come in. Get comfortable. Take a minute to breathe. 💜 We’ll take care of the rest. ☎️ Call or Text: 919-638-4001 📍516 Valley Forge Rd. • Hillsborough, NC Located inside Elevate Lounge & Suites 🗺️ Mobile Cryotherapy Available!
