Shoutout to @nicawaves for an amazing stay so far, easily the best surf camp in Popoyo area. About last night…bought 10lbs of lobster for $40 from the local fisherman after surfing in the morning, then the kitchen staff @nicawaves prepared a feast for 3 of us. Lobster cocktail ceviche, baked lobster w/potatoes w/garlic butter dipping sauce, and a Nica version of papaya salad with shredded lobster bits. Brah, was unreal!!!
