Happy Heavenly Birthday , my Ogichidaa. ❤️🪶
Today is your first birthday in the spirit world, and my heart feels the weight of it. I made you a spirit plate and took you with me to Walmart, because I refuse to leave you behind just because I can’t see you anymore. You’re still part of my days, my stories, my laughs, and all the little things I do.
I wish I could sit beside you today, hear your voice, hear you call me “Baby girl,” and give you one more hug. There are so many things I wish I could tell you. But instead, I put those words into the spirit plate, into my prayers, and into the love I carry for you.
I know your journey here was not forever, but the love between us doesn't end when the heart stops beating. You are carried in me in my blood, in my memories, in the teachings you left behind, and in every step I take toward becoming the woman you were proud to call your daughter.
So today, I celebrate you. Not just the years you lived, but the life you gave me, the lessons you left me, and the spirit that continues to walk beside me.
Mino-bimaadiziwin, FATHER 🪶❤️
May you walk in the good life, wherever your spirit travels.
Giga-waabamin.
Until I see you again.
Happy first heavenly birthday, Dad. 🎂❤️
I love you beyond this life, beyond this world, and beyond words.
Your Baby girl, always. 🪶🔥❤️ by @cryptcutie5
