I get complimented on this attempt at a bats nest wig every time I wear it out. Life hack get yourself a long black wig and turn it into a bats nest if you don’t want to deal with doing and undoing that to your own hair.

Questions about depression for people who deal with depression. You can answer in the comments or send a DM to answer anonymously.

1. What would a world that understood and supported you look like?
2. What are ways that people have misunderstood, hurt, or discriminated against you?
3. What are some things that have genuinely helped you manage or cope with depression?

This was the most amazing surprise! 😍💖My boyfriend and best person ever @8stringgeoff got a @cameo for me from @travisryancattledecap from my favorite band @cattledecapitation 😍😍😍🥺🥺🥺💖💖💖🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 That seriously made my day and probably week… and year haha! 💖 This Cameo was so great and hilarious. 😂💖Also, we got a guest appearance from his dog (Ona?)and didn’t she appear in the ‘Bring back the Plague’ music video? Legend!

Seriously, this was the best! Thank you Geoff 😍💖🥰 and Travis 🤩💖✨ for the video! 10/10 recommend. New Cattle Decap is incredible and we’ll be at the show on the 13th! Can’t wait! 🥳🥳🥳

P.s.For those who don’t know, my government name is Athena 😂💖🙏🏼

I’m THE WORST at taking photos especially selfies and also could improve my brows as well 😂. Two things to maybe to improve upon in 2026.

2025… what a year. A year of grieving, loss, and striving to live and persue happiness in all of that. A year of immense change!

Said goodbye to a 10 year relationship. Said goodbye to a job that made me miserable. Said goodbye to a beloved pet. Said goodbye to family members.

Said hello to community. Said hello to a beautiful new family member! Said hello to a new career path. Said hello to myself with a regulated nervous system. Said yes to me. Said yes to fun. Said yes to REAL connections that make me feel more alive. Said no to people, places, things that drain me or even that feel off (to the best of my ability).

Saw Urban heat 3 times! Participated in two podcasts. Started playing DnD. Got HOOKED on DnD - it brought me back to life.

Thank you to @cathy_permakitten @susanamy15 @fela.qt @peachy626 @mary.moves.mountains @the_abominable_dr_blak @smokein4k for being my main people to have real talks, go to events, and get creative with 💖💖💖

Cheers to 2026! Let’s see what this year brings 💖💖💖 by @cryptic.jasmine

@urbanheatband got me through one of the worst years of my life. Their music is fun and danceable, but also deep, serious, and beautiful. I cannot explain how much their music makes me feel. Urban Heat really can get you purging things your holding in and have you bawling your eyes out OR lift your energy and get you dancing and singing through life 😍✨💖. The song featured in this video for example is such a fun song to listen to and sing along with, yet it’s about dealing with depression and what it’s like when you feel it coming on which is such a hopeless feeling - but the song is uplifting in spirit and energy 💖💖💖

After they got me through several deaths in the family, various mental breaks, and some of the darkest nights of my soul - I HAD to see them live. I made a last minute decision to take a trip from San Diego to Phoenix to see them live last month and it sincerely was one of the best shows I’ve ever seen! Their stage presence is incredible! I also met some really great people that I’m thankful for making fun memories with (shout out to @qbachery @angelamanzer and Tina!) 💖 Being in that dark basement venue (@valleybarphx )made me feel “this makes life worth living”. Thanks so much to @urbanheatband for your music and being so amazing with your performance, your message, and your fans 💖🦇💖.

Shout out to my friend @gigidahling915 who is a super fan and saw them live twice before I even knew who Urban Heat was 😂💖💖💖.

Some @lili_hayes fan art based on a recent live stream. The “pray” photo in the middle was plastered as her background and when @thedirtiestlittlerainbow asked what she was doing in the photo Lili said “praying”. Then someone in the chat said “eat pray love” which inspired this collage 😂😂😂 Lili dressed as Shrek eating a raw onion from another live, Lili praying, and Lili being a Lorax 💖💖💖 If you aren’t following Lili Hayes, what are ya doing!? #lilihayes #fanart #collage by @cryptic.jasmine

So this just happened. I sincerely thought the guys arm fell off and wondered what he was doing here then reasoned he must have also injured his eye and that was more important to address first…cuz that makes sense. by @cryptic.jasmine
