with mha anime ending (kms) i wanted to post something and corpse bride (pro hero) kaminari denki, you are quite possibly my favourite (and best) cosplay i've ever done ♡ (also swipe for my baby)

this was for my good friend kit's halloween collab (@kitscui) who is an incredible mha cosplayer, you should go follow him, ily boo :P
i can't believe mha is ending, i've been watching it for 10 years, basically half my life. i don't know what i could say to explain how i'm feeling,, seeing them all animated as pro-heroes did make me happy tho, they all look so good 🥹
i'm not going to yap too much but thank you horikoshi and studio bones. to no one's surprise, i will continue to cosplay kaminari denki 😝

why i'm still encouraging people to boycott MCM/ReedPop and Monopoly/FTLO events:

firstly - IM SORRY THIS IS SO LATE - i was incredibly busy with my health, work, and then canvassing with the green party ! thank you for your patience 🫶🏽

with MCM rapidly approaching, i have been incredibly disappointed with how many mutuals, people i considered close friends, have decided to give their money to ReedPop. my last post had all the necessary information with links to each of my sources, but i've made another one with more information - i did EXTENSIVE research and a deep dive; i know so much random, unnecessary information about businesses and corporations now.

either way - i hope everyone reads through this thoroughly and manages to intake this information and makes informed decisions! i encourage everyone to do their own research as well.
i will most likely not be getting into long arguments as i simply dont have the energy anymore - but i am open for conversations.

unlearn your biases and stand up for your community.

Okay guys I'm gonna be so real, I know ABSOLUTELY nothing about One Piece and/or SanZo, but spouse requested we cosplay them so here we are!

(He wants that cookie so bad or whatever the kids say...)

Today is the 26th of July, and it is my birthday! I am turning 24, and it's insane to me to think that I have reached this far in life when at the ripe age of idk, 14? I thought I wouldn't.

I have only my wonderful and incredibly loving friends and family, and this community to thank for such amazing events, cons, and support this year and before this too. As I reflect on another year around the sun, I am happy with the person I have become. Every day is a learning curve and I am so grateful for the people I have in my life. Thank you as always for another wonderful year, and I am so excited for what this year and the rest of my life will bring (as dramatic as it sounds). 💜

And of course, thank you to Dion for doing this duo with me - I may know nothing about them but I still always have the best fun cosplaying with you! I have been sitting on these photos for a MINUTE, so thought it was the best time to post them for today hehe 🫶🏻

I hope you all have a wonderful time at MegaCon Manchester - send me anything Sailor Moon and Zayne related, I wanna see cool art I can buy next time 😝

EDIT: i apologise if my use of the phrase "intifada revolution" upset people. obviously not my intention? i use it (and other protest chants) in a lot of my sign offs, especially if what im posting has something to do with societal issues.

i debuted it on the Sunday of anime con which was really really fun!!! i think its one of my new favourite cosplays and i got quite a few compliments which was so nice 🥹

youth demand swarm at aldgate east and london bridge! very proud to be a part of youth demand and the work we do. i will never stop fighting for palestine, sudan, congo, for minorities and every place plagued by colonisation and westernisation. seeing the public and police be so violent toward us, seeing our right to protest be stripped away and england turn more into a fascist state than it already is, is so horrifying. getting disheartened is not an option, the people of palestine deserve better.

I'm so so excited to be posting and sharing this, I had the best time cosplaying YamaYama with Dion - my heart is so full, I love you so much Dion - it's always the best time when I get to see you, thank you for making my time with you so much fun! I recently discovered that people ship this, which is definitely surprising but they're so cute, I can't be mad.

Somehow there's less than two months before MCM which has me CLAWING at the walls, I don't like how time is going so fast???? UGH???? Good luck to us all for con-crunch sigh 😔
