What a journey, so far! All in the best ways. I cried this morning, thanked God, and I journaled about it because without God, none of this would be possible for me.

I wasn’t driving the boat, but actively crashing it.

I thought I’d be drinking myself away still, numbing the past trauma and pain, but God had and has another plan for me.

From an alcoholic to a gym junkie who is learning to love herself and her life more. Now that’s what I call a glow up🙂‍↔️👏🏽

Truly grateful and thankful to be writing this.

I love the resilience that comes with this intentional lifestyle.

I am full of gratitude, thankful to the Most High for allowing me to be able to have all my limbs, and be active daily.

It’s not a pretty journey. You plateau, you gain weight, you lose weight, you cry, you’re mad, you’re happy, you want to go back to the old you, you don’t want to do it because it’s “hard”.

This is what natural weight loss is-it’s f****** hard, but the results, oh man, the results will make you cry happy tears.

It’s hard being unhealthy, too.
Pick which obstacle you want.

Do it sad, mad, happy, annoyed. It doesn’t matter what they said about you. Your mind is lying to you, yes the f you can. Just do it.

Get to work. Health is Wealth.
