Mama could barely walk into church with her walker… then THIS happened! 🙌🏽💜

Mama could barely walk into church with her walker that day. But once the praise started, Mother J got HAPPY! 🙌🏽💃🏽

The power of God hit Mama, and she danced and praised Him until she fell out! 🙌🏽

Alzheimer’s changed so many things, but it never took away Mother J’s praise. 💜

Mother J loved getting dressed up and looking good! 💜
Even through her Alzheimer’s journey, there were still moments when her personality, confidence, and style came shining through.

After everything Lee has been through, look at what he’s doing now. 💙

Three strokes took away his independence… but they didn’t get the last word. 💙

Three strokes. Hospitalizations. Therapy. A wheelchair. And months of depending on others just to get in and out of the car.

For Lee, recovery was never about walking again. It was about regaining enough independence to transfer himself into his vehicle, drive himself to doctor appointments, stop at the pharmacy, go to the grocery store and even get his own gas.

Those may sound like ordinary things, but after everything Lee has been through, they are extraordinary to us.

At 75 years old, he has regained something priceless — a piece of his independence.

And I couldn’t be prouder of him. 💙
