LOOK AT KAFU GO! Meet Kafu the wonderdog. Kafu is a foster dog who was found as a stray in Georgia. But the pooch has a heart of gold and found a new leash on life with @flywithme.animalrescue 🐕

Today, Kafu shows off on a dog treadmill from @wagginwheelshfx who just opened in the region, offering mobile dog walking services and an option to give your dog an incredible workout.

I could not resist running along!

Cape Breton vacation was perfect. Two weeks flew by faster than a fiddle tune. Three road races, Two ceilidhs, two parades, one historical ghost story tour, one snake, one hermit crab, one fancy dinner, numerous candlelight dinners in a 126 year old farmhouse. Numerous beach days. One story time with a crow puppet, one beach project construction day. six bathing suits and two beach books purchased at a thrift store. A few rainy afternoons curled up under a cozy duvet. Several parties and tons of treats. Many, many, many wonderful people ❤️❤️❤️ by @crystaljoygarrett

The BIG SWIM 2026 🏊‍♀️ Did a shoot with Lynne and Kerry to highlight this fundraiser for @givetolive_association. This incredible organization has a mission to push people out of their comfort zone to have extraordinary experiences while making the world a better place for others. The proceeds for this event benefit @brigadoonvillage camp. And it’s not every day you get to jump in a perfect lake for work! by @crystaljoygarrett

Meet the Canadian U20 3000m Steeplechase Champion.

Frances had a great start in the race in torrential rain - she slipped and fell after one of the barriers - then got back up and fought to eventually win first place. 🥇

⭐️ SHINING A SPOTLIGHT ON LOCAL BUSINESSES ⭐️ is one of my favourite parts of my job as a broadcaster. Today was extra fun - a visit from @nsfoodtrucks and Terry Miller and Suzanne from Millers Gourmet to Go!

I gobbled up my shave ice and taco in a bag at a rate that was not recommended by Health Canada. by @crystaljoygarrett

STARS ON ICE DREAMS COME TRUE! ⛸️ What a thrill to meet @pauldpoirier and @pipergilles at @starsonice at @scotiabankctrhalifax. Such kind, generous people and INCREDIBLE athletes. Their bronze medal performance at the Olympics was a moment of pride for a nation, that transcended borders and generations.

Can’t wait to see the all new Stars on Ice show tomorrow night. @francessmacleod hasn’t missed one in 5 years. A friend invited her to tag along and she was HOOKED FOR LIFE.

Also, we were not approached to join the show after our showstopper of a routine. by @crystaljoygarrett
