September you were a busy but fun one! Hopefully October can slow down a little bit and give me some breathing room!
Lots of fall weddings played, school and making music with some of the best people I call friends and colleagues.

Lunar eclipse was beautiful! One of my favorite events. I love the energy it brings and the patience you need.
Can you believe all these were taken with my @samsungcanada @samsungmobile @samsung phone S25 Ultra?! Always amazes me!

Yesterday's adventures with the best! @rosetta_strings
So glad I could sneak you away from work and spend the day full of music and laughter and new connections!

Headed to Ed Mirvish theatre to see Great Gatsby where the costumes were amazing, the set was so incredibly well produced and the music was fun and so incredible! To meeting our friend Aline and Beth who were the Beautiful string players for the production. To ending up at a tribute to Cole Porter show at the Jazz Bistro.

Started this new chapter back in September of pursuing a secondary career in Healthcare. Being out of school for 12 years and going back and basically doing a 180 in my career as I think about my future. Music has done me well over the past 20 + years and will still be present in my life always. But, as I think about my future and creating a stable foundation for myself and future family I'm excited to pursue something a little different. Finished with an 87 average which I'm incredibly proud of and grateful for all the friendships and help along the way.

Next stop, Radiography program at Mohawk College!

Welcome to the sloppy, wet, and cold!

Incredibly proud to have made myself challenge not just mental resilience, but also physical resilience. No matter what the weather is was going to do the race. This time around I'm also dealing with a shoulder injury.

When I signed up after New Years, it was a new years resolution to challenge myself and see what I could do. Who would have thought the end of May would be so frigid still and so insanely wet!

I hit a lot of PRs this week with running my first 5k (never done before) the day before this race and then running another 5k with 20 obstacles for this race! I even made it up a rope climb for the first time ever! Can't say i dismounted it gracefully though (ouch!). Also met so many incredible athletes along the way which gave an incredible sense of community with all of us embracing the suck together!

I'm incredibly proud of myself and doing it by myself and putting myself into the uncomfortable and pushing myself to my limits! Can't wait to do it all again in October! I highly recommend doing OCR or any race! You will feel the incredible high when you're done I promise you!

Shout out to Sydney for being my partner throughout the race and my friend Ryan for driving me at the last moment and being a friendly face to meet at the finish line 🫶

First concert of the season! Let's go!

Fun evening out jamming, dancing and singing! What a great way to celebrate the end of the school year!

If you haven't already checked out @brotherwallaceofficial or @stpaulandthebrokenbones do it! I guarantee you won't be able to resist the power to bop along and jive.

From studying Physics, Chem and Biology to trying to find the balance of a social life and work. Trying to keep my sanity and just get through the last little push to the end of the semester of Pre-health.

Our detour while on our way home from Quebec! Stopped at @parcomega to see some sweet animals! They do a great job caring for so many animals! Was so nice to drive through and see them all! "Running" with the bison was actually so cool!

Thank you @courtneystanciu for the fun detour side quest! taken in Parc Omega by @crystalsound93

Birthday ski trip last week during one of the toughest weeks I've had outside of school mentally, emotionally and physically. Grateful to have been able to unplug a little with a little oopsy to end it. Nothing broken thank god just a little bruised. Hope to be back and playing and working out again.

Thanks to @courtneystanciu for spending a weekend away enjoying the slopes and taking care of my gimpy arm and still finding things to enjoy while I was a sad potato 🥔

Reflecting on 2025 has me bitter sweet. It's had a lot of ups and downs with dating as a 30 some year old, a lot of self discovery, finding peace with being alone, and the challenges the life brings. All of those are hard moments but I've also achieved so many things as well and have had so many incredible moments filled with my friends and family who are always my anchors.

2025 I did a lot of firsts and stepped out of my comfort zone. I started studying Prehealth at Niagara college to go into a supplementary career in Healthcare. I started busking almost weekly throughout the summer, I started arranging more music and started selling them online, I kicked my health into high gear and joined a crossfit @outlaw_north , I went to a concert in Hong Kong and partied with family which I've never done before in a different country. I put time experienced with family and friends more in the forefront. I was a bridesmaid at one of my best friend's weddings, and witnessed my other best friend getting engaged to finish off the year with love and celebration. I'm thankful for each year I'm learning more about myself and growing into who I want.

Bring it on 2026! 🍾🪅🎊🎉
Manifesting
- finishing the first step into a secondary career
- focusing on my health
- Completing spartan races
- invest in myself
- advance my business and income
- find my love and home
