Hello everyone! I was gone for 7 months, and now I am back. I was in Philly for 5 months, helping my sister (both of her ankles were broken) and got back during the heatwave in July. I’ve kept a low profile, live-in cat and dog sitting for some clients, figuring out what’s going on at The Model Office. I FINALLY got booked for two back-to-back, two week poses (that end this Friday), which has been a challenge for a few reasons I’ll get into later. ANYWAY, I will start posting again, at least once a week. Being back on the stand has brought a LOT of memories about the job flooding back. See you soon! Another interesting thing about being a professional Muse…you NEVER know where you will be seen! This is something that has happened to me several times - friends sending me random texts that have photos of portraits painted of me, at all times of the day or night! I have attached a video I originally posted in March of 2023 - check it out! “One of my goals as a professional Muse, is to have this happen as often as possible, AND in about 20 years or so - I want to be looking through old and dusty paintings at a raggedy old thrift store, and find one of myself. Muse Goals!” #CrystalTheMuse #Muse #Model #Modeling #FigurePose #Figure #Portrait #ArtistModel #Art #FineArt #Face #Body #NaturalLight #NaturalLightStudio #Red #ArtistModel #Portrait #FineArtPortrait #Face #FineArtPortraiture #Drawing #Drawings #PastelDrawing #Painting #OilPainting #OilPaintings #NewYorkArtist #NewYorkArtists #NewYorkModels #NYCArt taken in Manhattan, New York by @crystalthemuse

I’m back after a hiatus! Things have changed a LOT because of the pandemic (yes, it’s STILL fucking up everything, NYC IS NOT BACK!) and it has permanent effected my life as a Muse…I can no longer make a full-time living at it, so now I will focus on a new career as a writer of my stories, and getting a tv show is my big goal. So please stay tuned for my origin story! #CrystalTheMuse #Muse #ProfessionalMuse #Model #BlackWoman #BlackWomanModel #Pose #Portrait #Painting #OilPainting #Drawing #Story #Storytelling #TV #TVShow #Stories #Funny #Crazy #CrazyStory #Storyteller #Art #Artist #ArtistsOfTikTok #TikTok #TikTokShop #Reel #reels taken in New York, New York by @crystalthemuse
