☀️ Summer 2026 Club Accreditation is OPEN! ☀️

Important Update: Summer Accreditation, which has been optional in previous years, is MANDATORY for all Recognized Student Organizations in S26.

Complete your accreditation to maintain club status, stay eligible to run events, keep access to your club email, and prepare for a smooth transition to the new GryphLife platform.

⏰ Deadline: Sunday, May 17, 2026

The accreditation form has been sent by email in April. If you did not receive it, contact csaclubs@uoguelph.ca.

Please note: We are not currently accepting S26 accreditation for new clubs or clubs that were not accredited in W26. Those organizations will need to complete F26 Accreditation later this summer.

📢 Summer 2026 Accreditation Deadline Extended

Good news! The Summer 2026 Accreditation deadline has been extended to Sunday, May 24th at 11:45 PM.

The accreditation form has already been shared by email with Primary Contacts and previous executives. Please note that only one executive member needs to complete the form on behalf of your organization.
