If you asked me early in my career if I’d ever do recruiting duty, I would’ve told you HELL NO. Yet here I am never imagining I’d earn not one, but two ✌🏽 NAMs on one of the most demanding duties out there.
Still learning, still growing, and most importantly making a real impact in the lives I’ve been trusted to guide. None of this happens without that trust.

🚨Congratulations to Poolee Nolasco, Jesus🚨

Some people get excited about the title… others prove they deserve it. No hesitation, no second guessing , just execution.

Ready to do whatever it takes to earn the title Marine.

That’s the standard. Earned, not given. 💯

“The Marine Corps has many options that can help you in the real world. If you like a challenge Join the Marine Corps. Be part of the 1% that can push past their limits. Become The Few. The Proud.”

-Poolee Nolasco 🔥

Everyone thinks joining the military is easy… until life throws obstacles in the way. Waivers, paperwork, months of waiting.

Joining the Marines isn’t always a straight path. This one took patience, perseverance, and a medical waiver. Worth every step. Congratulations, kid! Always Earned, not given. 🦅🌎⚓️

Super grateful for the opportunity to be present for these 3 Marines as they graduated from Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island.

It’s definitely a surreal feeling being on the other side, watching them march across the same parade deck I once marched on.

Watching the growth from applicant, to Poolee, to earning the title of Marine is something that’s hard to put into words. The fear, challenges, setbacks, and sacrifices they overcame along the way make this moment that much more meaningful.

I couldn’t be more proud of these three and everything they’ve accomplished.

Being here was also a reminder of why we do what we do as recruiters. We meet people when they’re still figuring out who they want to become, and then we get the privilege of watching them turn into something greater.

Moments like this make every long day, late night, and challenge on recruiting duty worth it.

Semper Fi, Marines. You earned it. 🇺🇸

A year ago, LCpl Suazo and LCpl Estrada took the first step. Today, they’ve earned their way through MOS school and are heading to the Fleet. 🇺🇸💪🏽

Two strong women. One year in the Corps. And so much more ahead.

To every female thinking about becoming a Marine, don’t count yourself out before you even begin. Challenge yourself, embrace the process, and see what you’re capable of. 🦅🌎

🚨First Senior of Memorial high school to step up.🚨 💪🏽🇺🇸

He didn’t just say he wanted it, he put in the work to make it happen. Lost weight, stayed committed, and kept pushing until he was ready.

Now he’s setting the example for the ones coming behind him. 👊🏽💥

This is what earning it looks like. Proud to have you on the team bro. 🫡

More to come. 🔥

Sometimes the things we want most require a little patience. She got frustrated. She doubted herself. We were both nervous.

But then she told me

“Next time you see me, I’ll be a Poolee.”

She believed it before she knew the outcome.
Today, she didn’t just become a Poolee.

She found direction.
She found confidence.
And she proved to herself that she is capable of more than she thought.

To every young woman who feels lost, behind, or unsure of what comes next.

You don’t need to have your entire life figured out.

Sometimes, all it takes is one decision to change the direction of your life.

She said she would do it.

And so she did. 🇬🇹 🇺🇸💅🏽💪🏽

Some journeys take years. Others begin with one bold decision. Shout out to these two Poolee Dager, Poolee Ventura

One earned this moment after waiting 2 years for the opportunity to ship to recruit training. The other became a Poolee just last month and didn’t hesitate when the call came to leave early and start building his future.

Different timelines. Same commitment.

There is no “perfect” time to chase your goals, only the decision to take the first step. Wishing both of them success as they go and earn the title of United States Marine.

Semper Fi. 🇺🇸

Ready for a change. Hungry for more out of life.

Failure is not an option.

Most people would’ve quit. He chose to learn, keep showing up, and prove to himself that failure is just part of the process.

Proud of this future Marine. The victory isn’t just the score it’s the mindset that refused to quit.

Semper Fi. 🇺🇸 Poolee Ventura 💪🏽
