Had a great time learning to use Procreate with Stacie Bloomfield @leverageyourart. Really felt like I learned a lot and am excited to finally have a path for making good use of my iPad! Swipe to see the progression - the process Stacie stepped us thru was really helpful!

Honored and Excited to be this years judges choice in the Magical Mural Tour!!! So happy that my little leap of faith is making waves…. I hope everyone who has FB will go and look at all the murals this year and join the fun that way even if you are not local to see them in person! by @csarosa

For those of you who are locals… I’d love for you to add to my selfie collection for “Leap of Faith”!! You’ll find me at #9 (insert Beatles song on loop here - they don’t have no.9 on IG) on the map!! It’s at the entrance sign to the Rochester city park near the municipal buildings and the pond.
Swipe to see a few that have been sent to me already…

These lovelies were parading outside my cousins home when I took my Mom to visit her mom! Amazed at their casual familiarity with passers by and how obliging they were to being observed!

It’s been awhile - I had several bigger project paintings in the works. Finally posting this study page of my Gemsbok. The heads are done from life - and the full reclining is done from video footage. Hope to do a color study or finished painting of him as well eventually!

Well - another snow… winter is still here…but a lot more light!! This was a from an earlier glorious walk in “our extensive grounds” and these two stopped at the top of a very windy hill. (May even make a landscape painting with them eventually from this study.)

My sister captured the references for these studies on her daily walk in GA! I believe it’s a red shoulder hawk common in her area. GA also is home to Coopers, Sharp-shinned, Red-tailed, and Broad-winged Hawks.

We are starting to see the deer braving our backyard again - this one was quite bold and lingered quite a long while, even with our crazy dog barking thru the window!

Fox studies from video footage of a nice little pair of foxes… oh to have a built in comforter like that fluffy tail on a cold winter night!
