12 weeks Apart😮‍💨

Left: relaxed, not flexing and Right: flexing.
I’m roughly 2–3kg heavier now than I was in the first photo. The difference speaks for itself it’s crazy to think it’s only been 12 weeks.

This is what happens when you truly commit, show up consistently, and have that extra support and guidance by the right people and remember results aren’t about rushing or transforming overnight. It’s about learning your body, adapting as you go, building habits that stick, and finding that balance where you can still enjoy your cheat meals without guilt it's amazing how much you can learn in a short period of time 🙌

This is what 12 weeks of full commitment + the right guidance looks like. Imagine what 1 year can do 💪🚀
