I wish City Shred was here more often💪🔥

Huge shoutout to the @midnightrunnerstoronto crew for bringing the energy from start to finish. Crushing the different HIIT workouts alongside such an inspiring community that made every challenge worth it. It was awesome meeting so many positive, motivated people who were all there to push themselves and lift each other up.

BIIIIIG S/O to @itsfrankvinatra for setting the VIBEZ all day.
Your sound selections kept the energy high, flowing, and turned every workout into an unforgettable party like experience.

Most people talk about change.
Very few people sweat for it.

Today, @100plusmo stepped into the fire with me for a HIIT workout

No excuses, no shortcuts, no waiting for “the perfect time.” Just discipline, pressure, and work.

That’s what separates people.
Not motivation. Not talent.
Execution.

When your lungs are burning, your legs are heavy, and your mind says quit… that’s where the real transformation starts. That’s where weak habits die and stronger standards are built.

Pain introduces you to your next level.
Pressure reveals who you really are.
Consistency changes everything.

Respect to the people willing to suffer now so they can win later. Most people want results. Few are willing to earn them.

We’re not chasing comfort.
We’re chasing growth.
We’re building discipline that carries into every part of life.
Iron sharpens iron.

Energy is contagious & I hope I’ve inspired someone today.
If you’re waiting for a sign to level up, this is it.

Train hard.
Stay dangerous.
Outwork yesterday.
