June 24th, 2022. One of the best days of my Life! We had such a lovely wedding I wish we could do it all over again! All I felt was pure happiness. My Groom @rey.money333 is the love of my life, my best friend and true gentleman and…..soooo handsome! 🥰

When I listened to @reymusic.official new song and I heard what he wrote….my Heart Melted!!!! Saying yes to him was one of the best decisions of my life. I’ve never shared this video because it was so personal to me but hearing him rap about his proposal infront of the (fake Burger King) made me want to share our special moment. Saying we’ve had a huge journey in life together is an understatement. We met in high school when we were just 16 at CAPA. He was a vocal major and I of course was Dance. We lost touched for years… then I had to move back home after a truly traumatic and horrific event I went through in Atl. I had to come home to get help and be in therapy. I didn’t leave the house for months till my beautiful cousin said I had to get out even if it was to just walk around….well, guess what happened that day infront of that fake Burger King on E Carson …Rey and I walked past eachother and he said “ Christina ??!…. It’s me Reynaldo”. We became dear friends and he was right there for me through a hideous depression and all the ups and downs of grieving. He was always there. Patient, kind, understanding and someone who was truly there for me. We of course then fell in love. We have been together so long now and have been through so many seasons of life together. Yes, we hit hard time but when you truly have love, respect and friendship that is so deep and so real you always keep choosing eachother and push through any hardships that come your way. I’ve always told him “ I met you in the past, to know you in the future”. Cheesy, but it’s true. Oh my Heart! My little Maya is my World! I am so blessed to have such an amazing daughter. She is so advanced and so smart and loving. 💕 She brings me joy everyday with her strong personality and all the things she does. My road to becoming a mother was an extremely difficult one. I was diagnosed with perinatal depression at 5months pregnant….and then had postpartum depression for a very long time. It has been a very scary journey but,I am doing soooo much better. Women feel like we can’t talk about our hardships with pregnancy and motherhood bec we are judged and looked down on. I am so blessed to have gotten the help I needed. It took a village to help get me through. I wasn’t myself for so long and was scared I would never feel like myself ever again. I was so excited when I found out I was pregnant, I never would have thought it would take such a dramatic turn. My family and friends were truly there for me and stood by my side during the darkest times. They never gave up on me and saw me through this. All the check in phone calls and texts meant so much to me and I will Never forget what all the wonderful people in my life did for me. My Mom was so selfless and even moved here to help us.She didn’t let me give up on myself. My husband was by me for All of it. What he had to go through was beyond awful and took a horrible toll on him to see me the way I was. But he was there, always. Through thick and thin he was there. I am beyond blessed to have such a strong, tender, kind and loving husband. Thank you from the deepest parts of my heart for all who helped me. All the doctors and nurses I worked with were wonderful people and made such a huge difference in my life.
