At CSIT TechCon 2026, government and industry leaders unpacked how AI is reshaping the cyber threat landscape. As AI accelerates the speed, scale and sophistication of cyber threats, a reactive approach alone is no longer enough.

A proactive cybersecurity posture empowers defenders to anticipate emerging threats, uncover vulnerabilities early, and strengthen the security of our systems before attacks escalate. By uniting government and industry to exchange threat intelligence, expertise, and proven strategies, we can collectively enhance our digital resilience.

Strong partnership with the industry is an important pillar for proactive digital defence.

Earlier today, CSIT and Google Cloud Security signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at CSIT TechCon 2026 to further strengthen our collaboration with Google Threat Intelligence.

Under the MoU, CSIT and Google Threat Intelligence will explore ways to jointly enrich cyber threat intelligence and conduct proactive threat hunting through enhanced capabilities.

By sharing and working more closely with industry partners, our cyber defenders can build a more complete picture of the threat landscape and gain earlier warning of emerging threats in an increasingly complex and fast-moving environment.

CSIT proudly presents TechCon 2026, our annual by-invitation-only technical conference where government and global industry cyber practitioners and experts converge.

In its 4th edition, TechCon deep dives into the disruption of digital threats and how AI impacts cybersecurity. Guest speakers from the Cybersecurity Directorate/NSA, Google Threat Intelligence, CrowdStrike, TeamT5 and more will share unique insights on how organisations can address these pressing issues.

At CSIT TechCon 2026, we look forward to exchanging insights, challenging assumptions and building partnerships that allow us to better defend against ever-evolving cyber threats.

Sometimes, discovering what you want to do starts with getting the chance to see what’s possible. 💡

Through DOTS Academy @ Central, our youths stepped into the world of cybersecurity with CSIT, learning about careers in cyber defence and getting hands-on experience investigating threats and responding to simulated security incidents. 💻🔍

More than learning new skills, experiences like these give our youths the opportunity to explore their interests, discover new possibilities and grow in confidence.

Here at Central CDC, we hope to provide meaningful learning, exposure and connections so that our youths become more confident, curious and caring.

A big thank you to CSIT for opening your doors and sharing your expertise, and to CDAC for partnering us to bring this experience to our youths! 🙌

CSIT welcomed youths from DOTS Academy @ Central, in partnership with @centralsgcdc and @cdac_sg, for a learning journey in cyber defence.  Our CSIT engineers led participants through a series of interactive sessions on the fundamentals of cyber defence, incident analysis, and hands-on Blue Teaming gameplay.  What was ultimately most rewarding was to see how the participants – most of whom have no prior experience with cybersecurity – quickly picked up these new skills and apply them to hands-on challenges 😍   We are glad to have had the chance to introduce our youths to what goes on behind the scenes in cybersecurity, and we look forward to seeing them unlock possibilities with their new skills!  #CSIT #Cybersecurity #CyberDefence by @csitsg
