Last week Courtney and I said goodbye to the bestest boy, the distinguished gentleman, a dog unlike any other, our Roux bear. We ’ve been around dogs our whole lives, but never have we had a being much less a dog touch our lives like Roux did. Everyone who met him loved him and he loved them back. 10 pictures isn’t an enough to capture his life but it was what we were limited to. We have included his first day with me and his last day with us because a life needs to be expressed fully. We will miss him dearly and have a hole in our hearts so big it will be difficult to fill, but we also are happy we got as long as we did with him. To those who love their pets like we did, my friend told me, the heartbreak you feel now is the price you pay for their lifetime of love and companionship you get from them. It was worth it! We will miss you Big Boy and love you forever. ❤️🐾 by @csnowden1985
