Christina’s review reminds us why we do what we do. Our goal has never been to simply fix vehicles. It’s to build relationships and earn the kind of trust that keeps families coming back year after year.

Knowing that someone feels confident recommending us to their friends and family is one of the greatest compliments we could ever receive.

Christina, thank you for trusting us with both your vehicles and for taking the time to share your experience. Your kind words mean the world to our entire team. 🧡

If you’ve had a great experience with C&S Automotive, we’d be so grateful if you took a couple of minutes to leave us a Google review. Every review helps other families find a mechanic they can trust, and it makes a huge difference for our small business.

Thank you for continuing to support our family, our team, and our mission of helping you show up when it matters most.

Sometimes the hardest part of car trouble isn’t the repair—it’s figuring out how to afford it.

We see it all the time. Something unexpected happens, your car needs attention, and suddenly you’re trying to figure out how to make it all work — your schedule, your budget, your responsibilities.

Because the reality is, your vehicle isn’t optional. It’s how you get to work, get your kids where they need to be, and keep life moving.

That’s why we offer payment plan options — so you don’t have to choose between your finances and your safety. We believe you deserve reliable transportation and peace of mind.

If you’re in that spot right now, just know you’re not alone. Come talk to us — we’ll walk you through your options and help you find a solution that works.

Fall is here, and winter won’t be far behind. 🍂❄️

C&S Automotive | Phase 1 🔨

Every finished building starts with getting the bones right.

Phase 1 was all about establishing the first and second-floor office areas and getting the structure moving vertically. Walls went up, floor systems came together, and the building started taking shape.

➡️ Swipe through to see Phase 1 come together.

Next up: 18-foot shop walls, second-floor framing, and some serious vertical progress.

Want to see more of what we’re building? Check out our current projects on the Hill Top Craftsmen website.

And if this looks like the kind of work you want to be part of, check out our Careers page. We’re always looking for craftsmen who want to add to their skillset, work on cool projects, and keep building. taken in C&S Automotive by @csperformancepnw

THANK YOU, Rathdrum! 🧡🍂

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to our annual Fall Festival + Trunk or Treat this weekend! It was a beautiful (and surprisingly VERY warm 😂) fall day, and we had the best time seeing so many of you and your families.

Events like this are one of our favorite parts of being a small, local business. Getting to spend time with our customers and neighbors outside of the shop, watch the kids have fun, and just enjoy our community together is something we look forward to every year.

A HUGE thank you to Sharp Detailing, Pegasus Coffee, Rise and Shine Sourdough, and Inspired Sage for coming out and being part of the day with us! We’re so grateful for other local businesses who help make events like this so much fun.

And to every person who stopped by, brought the kiddos, said hello, or helped make the day special, thank you. We love this community and feel incredibly lucky to be part of it.

Already looking forward to next year! 🍁🎃🧡 taken in Rathdrum, Idaho by @csperformancepnw

If you’ve had to jump your car more than once, something is probably going on, and simply charging the battery may not actually fix the problem.

Here are a few common reasons your battery keeps dying:

🔋 Your battery is getting old. Most car batteries don’t last forever, and as they age, they lose their ability to hold a charge.

⚡ Your alternator or charging system has an issue. Your alternator helps recharge the battery while you drive. If it isn’t doing its job, you can end up with a dead battery even after replacing it.

💡 Something is draining power while the car is off. Lights, electronics, wiring issues, or other electrical components can create what’s called a parasitic draw.

🔧 Your battery connections are loose or corroded. Sometimes the battery itself isn’t the problem. Poor connections can prevent it from charging and supplying power properly.

🥶 And then there’s cold weather. As temperatures drop, your battery’s ability to deliver power decreases while your engine requires more power to start. A battery that seemed totally fine all summer can quickly show its age on that first really cold morning.

And around here… we all know those mornings are coming. 😅

That’s why our Fall Safety & Visibility Package includes a battery AND charging-system test, along with new front wiper blades, a tire rotation with tread + pressure check, and a cold-weather antifreeze/coolant check.

Just $89.99, a $150+ value, through November 30th. 🍂

Don’t wait until you’re standing in the driveway on a freezing morning with a car that won’t start. Give us a call or book your appointment online and let’s make sure your vehicle is ready for what’s ahead. 🧡

A little photo dump from our latest visit to the new shop! 🏗️
Things are moving right along, and every time we stop by, there’s something new happening!
The ground is getting prepped and ready for pavement, curbing is going in, and electrical is still moving and grooving.

Thanks for following along! More updates coming soon. 💙
