Have you heard the big news? We are thrilled to announce that @csspecialevents has officially joined the Party Reflections family. While there’s a new name and new look, the same dedication and experience you've come to know from Creative Solutions will remain.

Going forward, all inquiries, orders, and questions will be handled through Party Reflections, where the same team is ready and waiting to help you plan your next big moment.

All existing orders and contracts will be fulfilled exactly as promised. The Creative Solutions team you’ve been working with will continue managing your event, now supported by Party Reflections’ additional resources.

"Will my contact person change?"
No. Your primary contact remains the same. They’re here to ensure your events go off without a hitch.

"Can I still pick up my order?"
Absolutely. The only difference is the location. Your new pickup and drop-off site is 2750 Whitehall Park Drive, Charlotte, NC.

"Can I still come to the Creative Solutions showroom?"
Yes! The Creative Solutions showroom will remain open, and you’re always welcome there.

"How does this benefit me as a customer?"
You gain access to a broader inventory, additional services, and enhanced support all while keeping the same trusted team and high standards you’ve relied on for years.
