Coach Winston Neal begins his 12th season as the leader of Columbia State Men’s Basketball, continuing to build a championship culture centered on faith, academics, and excellence.

“I am blessed & honored to be a part of the Charger Family. I believe a coach’s highest priority should be the success of their student-athletes on the court, in the classroom, and especially in the game of life after they obtain their degrees.” — Coach Winston Neal

Over the past decade, Coach Neal has established one of the premier NJCAA programs in the country.

🏀 Career Highlights
• 246-81 overall record (75.2%)
