One of the most overlooked parts of a custom build isn’t turning the wrenches—it’s the documentation.
Taking photos, keeping notes, tracking parts, polishing every bolt to OEM standards… it all adds up. Expert shops have systems for this—techs can knock it out in their sleep. But for solo builders like me, working in short bursts (10 minutes at a time), it becomes a massive time sink.

I’m meticulous to a fault, and that obsession with detail can slow things way down… but in the end, it’s worth it when everything comes together exactly right!

These are just some of the photos I took preparing the XV920 wheels for powder coating.

Finally got my hands on a Velona 80mm and wanted to mount it to my beautiful @moto_cnc top triple. Unfortunately, I don’t have a welder so I had to “fabricate” a bracket. Ordered this license plate mount from Amazon and here we go. by @csuite_xv
