PHILANTHROPY DAY 2🫧

Thank you for coming today and letting us share something so close to our hearts! 🩵 Through our philanthropies @jedfoundation and @neda , we are proud to advocate for mental health awareness. We also love every opportunity to give back to our community. From walking dogs at the West Valley Animal Shelter to writing notes for children in the hospital and donating items to shelters for the unhoused, our community service reminds us how special it is to make a difference alongside our sisters. Hi everyone! My name is Remi Spiegel, and I’m honored to serve as the Chapter President for Epsilon Xi! I can’t wait to meet you all during recruitment and watch you experience such a special, one-of-a-kind weekend. <3

As you go through recruitment, remember to have fun, stay true to yourself, and keep an open mind! This weekend is all about meeting new people, making memories, and finding a community that feels like home as you journey through college.

For me, recruitment introduced me to my best friends and the women I now get to call my sisters for life. Going Greek has given me unforgettable memories, meaningful friendships, and a place where I can truly be myself. I hope each of you finds a chapter where you feel welcomed, supported, and completely at home.

Giovanna:
Knowing Sophia and getting to guide her through her Kappa experience has made my time in Kappa even more valuable. It’s amazing to watch her flourish in school, Kappa, and other aspects of life. Not only do I get to have an amazing little but now I have a best friend by my side. Kappa has given me a bestie for life and I’m so excited to see what memories this semester has in store for us🥰

Sophia:
Becoming Giovanna’s little was one of the biggest blessings in my kappa experience. She keeps me grounded and always knows what to say. She is my best friend and seriously the coolest girl I know. MAYA O. 🗝️🤍

Hiii! My name is Maya and I’m currently a 2nd year in the CTVA program!! I joined Kappa in Fall ‘25 and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Coming to CSUN I was really nervous about finding a place where I fit in and could be myself, and I found exactly what I was looking for in Kappa. I am surrounded with strong, intelligent women that lift me up and encourage me to do things out of my comfort zone. I have found girls that I know will be there for me when I need them, and never make me feel judged or embarrassed. Through Kappa, I get to be a part of a beautiful sisterhood where I have made so many special memories and true friendships, and for that I am so grateful 🩵🗝️
