Culture shapes what we believe is possible.

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to lead a workshop with 20 aspiring entrepreneurs selected for the University of Tampa’s C.R.E.A.T.E competition.

For many of them, this was their first real step in entrepreneurship. Taking an idea they care about asking how they could actually bring it to life.

We talked about starting with why, using new technology to build faster than ever, and ultimately asking more important question:

If we can build almost anything, what is actually worth building?

The next generation has no shortage of talent or tools. We want to help inspire them to use both to create things that genuinely make peoples lives better.

What can 90 minutes of your time do for Tampa?

We spent the day behind the scenes with @mealsonwheelsoftampa to find out.

We toured their kitchen, learned how the operation works, and then hit the road to deliver meals to 17 homes across our community.

A typical volunteer route takes just 60 to 90 minutes and covers around 8 to 12 homes. You can volunteer regularly or simply when your schedule allows.

And it’s about more than delivering food. For many homebound neighbors, that volunteer also provides human connection and a wellness check.

An hour of your time. A few miles of driving. A real impact on the people who call Tampa home.

We showed up for the 5K. We stayed to celebrate Nate. 💗🏃

The Change the Culture squad joined @celebratebirthdays for their annual Cupcake Crawl, running the 5K, celebrating their honorary Cupcake Kid Nate, and surprising him with a signed Tampa Bay Lightning puck. 🏒

@celebratebirthdays makes sure foster children and children in need get to feel celebrated on their birthdays, and we’re excited to keep finding ways to support their mission.

Every day, 43 kids are diagnosed with pediatric cancer.

It’s a number that’s hard to wrap your head around, and it’s one of the reasons we’re so proud to partner with the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation this September.

We’ve always believed food has a way of bringing people together, and this month, we’re hoping our pizza can help do a little more. Every pizza sold at our Tampa and St. Pete locations means $1 donated to the cause, and you can also choose to round up your check or make an additional donation. Every guest donation will be matched dollar for dollar by the Lanza Family Foundation.

It may seem like a small thing, but when we all come together, those little things can make a big difference.

Cupcake Crawl + Celebrating Nate 🧁🏃‍♂️ | 8.29.26

This morning, we ran the 5K at Celebrate Birthdays’ 4th Annual Cupcake Crawl and got to celebrate their honorary Cupcake Kid, Nate. 🩷

Celebrate Birthdays works to make sure foster children and children in need have the opportunity to feel celebrated on their birthday and receive a gift. The annual Cupcake Crawl brings the community together to support that mission.

Grateful to show up for Nate and an amazing Tampa organization. We’re already looking forward to getting even more involved next year.

There are almost 1,000 kids on the @bbbs_tampabay waitlist waiting for a Big Brother or Big Sister.

Yesterday we brought that cause to one of the most energetic wellness festivals in Florida… @theclubtampabay Wellness Festival at the @stpetepier

DJs, cold plunge, a thousand people who care about living well. 🌴☀️🪩

And we asked them a simple question: what if showing up for a kid was part of that?

Gift making station for kids in the hospital.

This is what it looks like when a city rallies for good.
