my birthday trip to seoul! No nonchalant cool girl captions for today. This was a dream come true, a line crossed off the bucket list, and a gift i’ll cherish forever <33

me after i got lost but saw how good i looked in this lighting lmao mog first panic later

real food after 2 days of not being able to eat because of a horrible stomach ache! 😄 great timing!

went to this stream after a long walk. Nobody else was there except for me and this bird 🐦

I decided to explore seoul early in the morning only to realize most of them aren’t awake yet so everything was closed :( but its fine bc i got to see almost everything without much people around

my first analog photobooth! I expected it to be fast but that was hella quick bro i had to go again lol

this market was cool. I didn’t stay long…i got overstimulated. But i’ll explore and stay longer next time for sure.

I chose the bus every single time. It was cheap, it was fun, and it’s like getting a tour for free!

custom tatt design by @_slowrocket_ <33 the appointment i looked forward to the most. We planned this weeks ahead and Nara was so kind to accommodate my requests.

went to suwon and got welcomed by this view!

comfy space i found while wandering around suwon. I stayed for a few hours here letting myself get a bit off schedule and just be present. Apparently I have a hard time doing this 🫥 and have to do this more.

so cool seeing this in person! Breathtaking (literally!) bc it was a lot of walking but it made me appreciate it more <33

went to a thrift store and they had this cool tv thing 📺

ofc i wore a hanbok and did touristy stuff hello! Also so happy i got to this spot before it got crowded hehe

ate good food here recommended by the stars! HAHA I also got to chat with this couple who were beside me. They made my experience here much better. I didn’t know what I was doing! they taught me how to heat my own rice! 😄

found really good matcha in jongno! 🍵 plus i had the place all to myself and i got a free postcard! 10/10

Overall my trip was an 8/10 - only because there’s still so much i wanted to do so I’ll definitely come back again some time in the near future ⭐️

Illustrating started it all for me as a creative before I branched out into design and photography. Which is why Manila Illustration Fair was personal and felt truly special. This year, I got to design, produce, and take photos for the event. I was encouraged to wear all my hats and to be myself without bounds.

I met over 500 wonderful people and made new friends who share the same passion. On top of that, I shook hands, shared stories, and took photos for artists I looked up to for a very long time. WHAT A PRIVILEGE! WHAT A TIME TO BE ALIVE!

Big thanks to @woobhang for treating me like an adult and for taking all of my ideas seriously HAHA and to our very talented prod team @bulaklakin___ @ej.jusayan @miguellubag, thank you for going all out!

I wish I could fully express how grateful I am for each member of the team behind all of this.

Thank you for giving me a shot @manilaillustrationfair ! You were amazing! by @ctlngwnth
