Back in JB after almost 3 years…

How have you been, mate
Used to be my weekly date
I savoured your offerings
I revelled in your happenings
It’s been almost three years
Me in Ipoh, you’re no more near
You seem to be have changed
Things been rearranged.
Oh well, let’s see what you’ve got
Have you cold or are you hot.

The place I had business
It is so quiet now.
What happened to you?
You look abandoned.
Where is everyone?
Is it the haze, or
Is it the economy?
Or is it something else?
It’s dinner time,
Where are the diners?
Hope it gets better in the morning.
We shall see…

A hearty congratulations to Jas @pickleball.jas on another podium finish with partner Sembara in the Mixed Doubles Open of the Franklin Singapore Open 2026 @franklinpickleballsg . Jas has been amazing in the last few weeks as she manifests an indomitable spirit that cannot be broken. For weeks she nursed a chronic cough, but when called upon, she never never failed to deliver. We are blessed to have Jas as part of the 002 family. 🥰

This weekend’s Singapore F1 Grand Prix brought back memories when @clare_bear_3131 & I were with our late father in the Red Bull paddocks. Sebastian Vettel @sebastianvettel went on to become world champion for the first time in his career in 2010.

The Only Girl’s Team Overcame Boys To Become Champions! Amazing performance by @002pickleballclubacademy Youth Player Catherine Eva Liew @catherine_eva_liew for coming in as Champions with 002 trained schoolmate Nur Izz Damia at the Open Gender Bursa Tournament! Even though all other schools sent boys only, her school kjorians sent two girls, but Catherine & her partner prevailed, defeating the boys, including a boy who represented Malaysia in Danang. We are super proud of Catherine & Nur Izz Damia!
