Hello! I still don't quite have the energy to devote to doing makeup first thing in the morning when I am getting ready for work but I miss doing makeup just a little.

I wanted to do something fun and bright to match these @novaeightyfive earrings.

I used @terra_moonscosmetics Among the Stars for the yellow and @blendbunnycosmetics Surge for the orange and pink neons.

It hasn't even been a week, but I am recovering pretty well. I'm so happy I was able to sit for long enough to do this look for a special collab that @migraine_and_makeup organized.

It seemed that within hours of mentioning the collab @makeupbymegan_6e23 started posting face charts, almost like she had a 6th sense about it! The timing could not have been better. I put a screenshot of the face chart I based this look on at the end.

So here's my take on one of those face charts! We all just wanted to let Megan know we care and are thinking about her. #welovemegan81 because #meganisthebestm81isawesome

I used @fabledfragrances Calypso for the blue, and the shade Portal from @bellabeautebar Dark Dreamscapes palette for the pinky purple. I topped it with Swoosh! from Boodrops by @dieverunecosmetics as well as some @m81_cosmetics Birthday Cake No. 1.

Blush is of course @ritueldefille x @s.andromedae Ironweed and Aster.

For the lips I used @blackopalke eyeliner (After Hours) and @nyxcosmetics eyeliner (Blue Trip) topped with @fentybeauty Gloss Bomb Stix (How Many Carats?!)

Earrings are @novaeightyfive

@goth_adjacent_ I feel like this #gothtember prompt had been waiting for me!
It was a little bit of a struggle getting this done, I stopped part way through to lay on the floor (where doctor Dizzy attended to me) because I was in pain. I'd been having pain on and off since Saturday evening, but it wasn't bad until the evening, I even went to my hair appointment in the morning.
Little did I know just a couple hours after I completed this look I would be in the emergency dept being told I needed surgery.

Surgery went fine, I'm just waiting to be discharged now.

Initially for this look I wanted to do constellations (I was going to attempt Aquarius on one eye and Sagittarius on the other). My body had other plans so I just made it up. I'm so glad I was able to get it done though!

I used the @blendbunnycosmetics Beauty Below palette for the gorgeous navy blue and @gavissibeauty for the liquid liner. I also cheated a little and used @glisten_cosmetics Spectra star liner pens for a star template. I also used @urbandecaycosmetics Lannister Gold eyeliner.

For blush and highlight I used @ritueldefille x @s.andromedae Ironweed and Borealis.

Lips are @necromancycosmetica Necromantia

I hope you have had a nice weekend!
I actually did stuff this weekend apart from being woken in the middle of the night by a pup scared of a thunderstorm. Poor little girl.

I wore this makeup to a gemstone and mineral show. I just wanted to look at the pretty rocks! I got a pretty chunk of labradorite, a double-pointed atlantisite and a pair of earrings with amethyst and labradorite (scroll to the end to see photos, don't mind the dust or dog hairs 😅)
I got to see some pretty rocks, so that was nice. Do you have a favourite crystal/gemstone? I'm partial to amethyst (my birthstone), fluorite, labradorite, and rutilated quartz but any pretty rock my take my fancy.

For this look I used some of my @mbacosmetics shadows and chromaflakes because I haven't used them in a while.
I got quite a few compliments and hopefully encouraged a girl to wear fun makeup out in public!

🦇🌒🌑🌘 Nocturnal Goth 🌒🌑🌘🦇

This is a special double collab post for #gothtember hosted by @goth_adjacent_ and #featherfaceglam hosted by @swatchoverme

I would love at the very least if you checked out the second photo with my eyes closed! There is also a little photobombing girl...

I knew this year with Gothtember that I really wanted to use it to push myself to try different techniques and styles and really lean into what makes goth makeup goth.

My technique is definitely not perfect, and I honestly just don't have the time to spend making everything as perfect as I would like (also the only editing I do is maybe some colour adjusting and cropping images). It's very important to me to show what I realistically achieve.

My main goals with Gothtember this month are to have fun, get a little bit out of my comfort zone and become more comfortable posting things that aren't necessarily flattering or pretty. I have done all of this and I am proud of that!

As usual, I primarily used @blendbunnycosmetics for eyeshadow (Longing palette).

I used @ritueldefille Intuition for contour/blush. I think this is supposed to be more of a contour shade, but it's so pretty as blush too.

Lips are Maybelline Pitch Black, @necromancycosmetica Osamenta and @m81_cosmetics Sparkly Algorithm

Base makeup is crusty and I don't like it. I know what product is causing the issue, but I keep trying to make it work.

Hurray, it's Friday!! I hope you have some nice plans for this weekend!

I started a new palette for #nopanleftbehind or maybe 2.
I used the @urbandecaycosmetics mini Honey palette and the @m81_cosmetics Golden Ratio palette.

I had on my cute Kikay planet earrings, but one fell out and I think it's gone forever. I only noticed because the second one fell out, but I found that. A little sad because they don't sell those anymore, but oh well. I found someone else's lost earring when I retraced my steps.

Here's my look for the Arachnid Goth prompt for #gothtember hosted by @goth_adjacent_

I'm glad I was able to get this done. Life be lifing and things I need to do are taking more of my time than anticipated, leaving much less time for things I want to do. Like play with makeup.

The inspo for the web pattern came from a random image (that's probably AI) selling a rhinestone skull crown headband on Amazon.

For shadow I used @blendbunnycosmetics Longing. I used the light grey and the silver shimmers. For extra sparkle I used @halfmagicbeauty Glitter Pucks - Cyber Diamond and Princess Ghost.

For the webs I topped liner with @urbandecaycosmetics Moondust liquid glitter liner (Pyro) for some sparkle. Dew on spider webs always looked so pretty to me and that was kinda what I was going for.

I used @ritueldefille Intuition for some contour/blush.

On my lips I used a black lip liner from @juviasplace
I purposely chose a less pigmented black lipstick (Maybelline) and topped it in the centre with @necromancycosmetica Osamenta to get a kinda grey ombre.

I got woken up around 4 am by thunder, but I don't mind. I like listening to it.

This is my last look for #nopanleftbehind using the @devinahcosmetics Phantasia palette. I decided to add some navy blue at the last minute for some extra interest.

I used Melon Pop Cheek Pop by @clinique for blush and Sylvanshine by @ritueldefille for highlighter.

I told myself I was going to remember the name of the @maccosmetics lipstick, but it has totally gone from my mind. I did pay some of the pink shadow on top though.

Here's me being absolutely ridiculous with Messy Goth for #gothtember hosted by @goth_adjacent_

I will say I was unsure what to do with this prompt so I just decided to have some fun and make a mess. Eyeshadow fallout, not a problem! Lipstick smeared, no big deal!
My makeup is never perfect, but it was fun to intentionally make it messy.

I used the @blendbunnycosmetics Primal palette for my eyes and brows.
Lashes are a really really old (like og release) pair from @sugarpill

Contour and blush are @ritueldefille Intuition and Aster

Lipstick is @blackmooncosmetics Sleepwalker

Earrings are @shop.kikay
Shirt is @midnighthour

Hello, hello! I hope you had a nice weekend. I mostly just spent mine stressing about starting school next week and stuff that came up at work, yay.

This is the second look I did using the @devinahcosmetics Phantasia palette for #nopanleftbehind
I really wanted the green shade to stand out so I used Woe from the @blendbunnycosmetics Longing palette to help make it really pop.

I have a little patchiness on my outer corner because some days my eyes get watery and nothing wants to stick there. Does that happen to anyone else?

I used @ritueldefille x @s.andromedae Ironweed for blush and Sylvanshine for highlighter.

Lipstick is @maccosmetics Pure Nonchalance Love Me Lipstick, which I’m pretty sure they don’t make anymore but it’s one of my favorites.

Happy Friday! I hope you have some nice weekend plans.

I’ve started a new #nopanleftbehind palette. I am currently using @devinahcosmetics Phantasia, which is another 9 pan palette. I also used a navy blue to deepen up the outer edge, @lagirlcosmetics Shockwave liner (Fresh) in my waterline and a bit of @dieverunecosmetics Drop on my inner corner for some extra glowy purple.

Blush and highlighter are @ritueldefille Snowdrop and Ghost Light. I layered Liatris and Water Violet Enchanted Lip Sheers for lipstick.

Earrings are from @smileymoonstudio

Here’s my last look using the @sugarpill Fun Size palette for #nopanleftbehind
I only had a pink and red left and I just didn’t know what to do so I added some white and a bit of shimmer to keep it simple.

Blush is Desire and highlight is Aurora, both are @ritueldefille

Lips I did a kind of ombré using a Clinique lipstick and Osamenta by @necromancycosmetica

Earrings are @shop.kikay

It’s funny how we get used to things. I’m temporarily using an old iPhone, it’s an 8, I think while my phone is getting the dreaded pink line repaired. In this day and age I can’t be without a phone as it has things like an authenticator for work on there. It’s kinda scary how dependent on these little rectangles we are. Hopefully they repair my phone quickly!
