It’s been some dream being able to live part-time in Germany this past year and a half with Cody. Our small, quiet village is peaceful, full of trails, and keeps our bellies plenty satisfied 😋🥐🇩🇪 taken in Kaiserslautern - Otterberg by @ctrl_alt_jess

look, I know what you’re all really here for and that’s a healthy dose of @heidicarroll903 🌸

so here’s your mama update! our girl’s doing so well!
🦿 she’s gotta bionic knee since they give knee replacements out like candy these days
🚫 no return of the cancer
🤠 🪴she lives for working out on the fence line at the ranch and trying to keep all her plants alive in the Texas heat
🥁 still slinging mom jokes in the family group chat🏃🏻‍♀️doing a little jogging on her walks (‼️🎉)
♥️ loving her volunteer work at @hopecentercanton
🤌🏻 still a chef’s kiss goofball

and she rolled up to Denver last month within in 48 hours’ notice to see the legendary @garthbrooks put on one hell of a nostalgic show and prance around @denverbotanic with me 🥰

shoutout to out dear friends Brent & Caroline for hanging out with us!

One of my favorite people on the entire planet turns 30 today and I just can’t believe how lucky I am to be his sister. I’ve had the honor to watch him evolve into the thoughtful, observant, tactical, resourceful, hilarious, loyal, stoic, genuine, steadfast, beautiful man he is 😭

Happy 30th birthday @jacobkcarroll! I’m stoked to get old with you! 💙 by @ctrl_alt_jess

Washington trip summed up: pivot.

Proud of @habitual_line_stepper__ for being true to himself and his choices.
Proud of this fantastic crew of friends we’ve all collected across the years.
Proud of us for all dealing well with having one bathroom in this cute ass A-frame cabin.

Grateful for the unending support that the ATX community gives to Leo every time he heads out on a new adventure. The crews are the heart of it all: @comedorrunclub @novemberprojectatx @fleetfeetaustin @rnnr.co

I know, I know - @wser was way back at the end of June but gosh, it was as special as I expected. What a magnificent community we have. And what an honor it is to be a part of it 💙

Super proud to be a member of the @mountainoutpost that provided livestream coverage of one of our biggest events in the sport this year 🥳

We had the opportunity to showcase ultra trail’s best athletes putting on an incredible show from Olympic Valley to Auburn - it was incredible to watch them work, troubleshoot, and receive crew support!

The past few weeks have been soul-affirming. I’ve met some of the most wonderful folks in our community, witnessed truly inspiring performances throughout the full trail running spectrum, and had the privilege to share their experiences and stories. Thankfulness in abundance. Let’s keep rocking 🤘🏻

@aravaipacolorado Ring The Springs 100 mile, 100K, 50K, 25K - 6/22-6/23

A few of my favorite moments out on the trails capturing the runners’ experiences, start line anticipation, aid station strategy, course record finish line feels, and finish line deconstruction with our incredible crew 💫
