Footwork is everything 👣🥊

Constant movement makes it harder for your opponent to land clean shots.
The key is keeping your legs hip-width apart and always having one foot slightly in front, so you’re never squared up.

Today we worked on moving around the ring and using the 1–2 → move:
get into range, throw your punches, then get straight back out to avoid the return fire.

Quality work today.
