🎶På sommersolhverv, d. 21. juni 2026, udgav vi vores 5. album, Montage! - præcis et år efter den første single, So Free blev udgivet!🎶

Montage består af en dynamisk række af sange med fragmenter af øjeblikke, vi har enten har oplevet i virkeligheden eller forestillet os.

For første gang er vi trådt udenfor vores egen personlige sti for at leve os ind i, hvordan det ville være at se verden med andres briller.
Dette har givet os friheden til at eksperimentere langt ud over vores egne kendte gader og enge, omend blot i korte glimt.

Nogle sange er om vores eget liv og følelsesunivers. Andre læner sig op ad fantasien. Måske kan du gætte, hvad der er hvad?

Albummet bevæger sig fra hård rock til glimmerpop, funk, church og soul og bærer toner i et spektrum fra et tilgængeligt havblik til en dyb bølget nerve.

Fortællingerne fungerer som soundtracks til pilotafsnit - som montager af små universer.

Det seneste år har stået ud på alle måder! Men vi har været indhyllet i en indre ro og kærlighed. Albummet afspejler noget af rejsen. Vi håber, I vil tage godt imod Montage!

This Sunday on Summer Solstice, June 21, 2026, we will release our new Gate to Venus album, Montage - exactly a year after the first single So Free from the album dropped!

Montage is a dynamic series of songs with fragments of moments we’ve shared or imagined. For the first time we’ve walked out of our own personal path to wear other characters’ boots. This has given us the freedom to experiment far beyond our known streets and meadows, even just for short glimpses.

The album’s story line moves from hard rock to glossy pop, funk, church and soul, and carries tones from surface waters to the deepest nerve. The stories are like sound tracks to pilots - like montages of small universes.

Some songs are deeply sincere and personal, some are like imaginary friends. We’ll let you guess what’s magic and what’s real.

This year has been like no other. And we’ve continued to be wrapped in serene sincere loving joy. The album mirrors the journey. We hope you will receive it well!

I stumbled over an old song called I’m the Ocean today. Singing my way back to myself after pregnancy and birth 😅🙌🏼💖 After recording it just now, I realized this is one of the songs I performed while having the audience draw at @kunstnerneshus in Oslo 12 years ago.

THIS song is about a big love in my youth. He was a straight up kleptomaniac. And then he cheated on me and left me the day I was told my dad had cancer (he has fully recovered now ❤️‍🩹.). When he left, he he gave me a bill with all the money he thought I owed him from the time we were together. To imagine I moved to another country for him 🤣 I remember a dear friend looking at me when we first started dating. She said: “what is he about? He’s not exactly a head turner”! What can I say… Love is blind and youth can be stupid🫣I don’t think I’ve ever played this song to anybody…
