Navigating your 30s? Setting boundaries is key, but don't forget to actively carve out time for growth. Life keeps moving, even when you're on vacation – create and communicate those boundaries to find the balance. But nothing with replace hard work. #Millennials #Boundaries #LifeAdvice #CareerGrowth #WorkLifeBalance taken in New York, New York by @cucoachg

Sophomore year, Megan Griffith was earning respect from seniors. Consistency was key: first in, winning sprints. It wasn’t about being liked, but earning respect through hard work. Found her voice eventually. #Leadership #Inspiration #College #Respect #Consistency taken in Columbia University by @cucoachg

How many opportunities have you missed because you were waiting for certainty?

🎙️ This week's guest, Megan Griffith, shares a reminder we all need:
Make the decision. Own the decision. Own the consequence.

The people who grow the most aren't the ones who always make the "right" choice—they're the ones who fully commit to the choice they make.

👇 What's one decision you're glad you made, even if it was scary at the time?

💾 Save this for the next time you're overthinking.
