Cuemath — Making Kids MathFitᵀᴹ

In a world where mathematical thinking determines life outcomes, there's a profound difference between children who are mathematically fit and those who aren't.

MathFit kids think with laser-sharp clarity. They approach challenges with unshakable confidence. They see patterns where others see chaos. They navigate complexity with ease while their peers feel overwhelmed. They don’t just calculate—they think mathematically about everything.

And here’s the truth: this isn’t about being “naturally gifted.” It’s about being systematically developed.

At Cuemath, our mission is simple yet powerful: to make every child MathFit™.

And the heart of it our wonderful and expert community of 1000's of tutors.

Happy Teacher's Day! 🎉

Episode 3 – Showing how kids are actually meant to visualize math.

Your kid might see a circle with a semicircle inside it and immediately think, “Where do I even start?” But the trick is to look for the relationships between the shapes.

In this video, we break down a shaded-area puzzle step by step—using the radius, diameter, and a triangle to uncover the answer.

It’s a great example of how visualizing the problem can make a tricky geometry question feel much simpler. Instead of memorizing a formula, your kid gets to see *why* the math works.

Watch it together and pause before the explanation. Can your kid figure out the shaded area?

This Gandhi Jayanti, give your child a little math challenge. 🇮🇳

We’ve put together 3 questions that mix Gandhi’s story with some fun math. Ask your child each one and see how they do!

How many did your child get right? 👀
1/3? 2/3? Or did they crack all 3?

If they got all 3 right, drop us a DM. We might just have a little surprise for them. 🎁

And if you want to keep those math muscles working, click the link in our bio and make your child MathFit!

A fun question to ask your child on your next flight: “Why do you think the plane isn’t taking the straight line?”

What looks like a curve on a map is actually the shortest path between two points on a globe.

It’s a simple idea—but a great reminder that the math we learn in school is happening all around us, even when we’re looking up at the sky.

Help your child see the math behind everyday things. Click the link in bio to know more.

School just started, so I’m on pancake-batch duty, freezer stash ready so the boys can handle breakfast on busy mornings ❤️ While portioning them out, I asked my son if 18 was enough for six of us at two each, and how many we’d have left, he worked it out on the spot.

He’s always been solid in math, but Cuemath’s evaluation gave us a clearer read on where he actually stood. His coach now meets him at his level and pushes him to reason it out rather than handing over the answer 💡 I’ve genuinely seen his confidence grow because of it.

This summer I am so glad that I got the chance to enhance Ivaan’s math skills! We booked a free trial with Cuemath and Ivaan immediately asked me to enroll him for the classes.

What we loved the most was the personalised 1:1 classes and that he has the same coach every session, she understands how he learns and helps him work through problems instead of simply giving him the answer.

And now I’m seeing that thinking outside class too. The other day, he figured something out during a board game before the adults did! 😊

✨ Whether your child struggles with math or already loves it, book a FREE Math Evaluation to see where they stand and get a personalised programme. Link in bio.

Here’s a fun question to ask your child the next time you order pizza 🍕

Which gives you more pizza—2 medium pizzas or 1 large pizza?

Our Founder, Manan Khurma, breaks down the math behind this everyday question and shows why sometimes you need to look beyond what seems obvious.

Because the best math conversations can start anywhere—even at the dinner table.

Episode 2 – Showing how kids are actually meant to visualize math.

Your kid might spot the curved shapes first. But the key to this puzzle is a triangle hiding between them! In this video, we show how drawing a few lines helps us find the shaded area inside a rectangle.

Watching that triangle take shape helps your kid see how different geometry concepts connect—and how something they already know can help them solve an unfamiliar problem.

Watch it together and pause before the explanation. Can your kid spot where the triangle could be?

Your child understands the concept. So why do the same mistakes keep coming back?

Most parents respond with slow down, double check, be more careful. It rarely works, because repeated mistakes are almost never about carelessness. They are usually a rule your child picked up once and now applies everywhere, even where it does not fit.

In this video, we walk through how to spot that pattern, and why it matters more than telling your child to focus.

This is exactly the kind of thinking we uncover in every MathFit™ session. Not just whether the answer is right, but how your child got there.

Does your kid say “I can’t do this” before they’ve even tried the math question?

It can be hard to know what to say next. You want to reassure them, but “Don’t worry, it’s easy” doesn’t always help when it feels difficult to them.

This reel shares four ways to make those moments feel less intimidating and help your kid feel more comfortable giving math a try.

Save this for your next homework session. Follow for more such content.

If your kid thinks math is just homework, this is something to try together.

Different starting numbers, the same surprising destination: 6174. This video explores the number pattern known as Kaprekar’s constant—and gives your kid a reason to say, “Wait, let me try another one.”

Watch it together, then let them pick a four-digit number with at least two different digits and test it themselves. Finding out whether it works with their number is half the fun.

Save this for a little math curiosity beyond homework. Follow for more such content.

Episode 1 - Showing how kids are actually meant to visualize math. !

Two hexagons inside a rectangle might look like a tricky area problem to your kid. In this video, we break the diagram into smaller triangles and show how their areas fit together to find the space outside the hexagons.

Seeing the shapes split and fit together helps your kid understand why each step works. They get a way of thinking they can try the next time a similar problem comes up.

Watch it together and pause before the explanation to see what shapes they spot!
