The QR code is a direct link to our page at the American Cancer Society, where we will be donating all our proceeds of this charity to breast cancer research. Every $5 donated gets you one spot in the charity raffle. Anyone can donate if they like but this charity raffle and its prizes are for United States residents only. What can I say about Comic Con Revolution except we came, we saw, we conquered! This one will definitely go down as one of the most epic times at a Con. First off congratulations to our new brothers @majesti1 and the legend himself @marktexeiraart We are proud to have you both in the family! It was amazing hanging with members from all over and even the prospective members represented! Always awesome running into old friends, artists, and vendors, who have become like family now. Tonight for @blackordercomicclub #indithursday I’m putting up these beauties.The Secret Life of Crows 2; trade dress, virgin & sketch by the amazing @jscottcampbellart 🔥 and colored by @neiruffino 🔥Self published by Nei Ruffino, this was limited to 100 pieces. And that’s for the trade, little information on the sketch and no information on the virgin. Was fortunate enough to get these directly from her. Welcome back to our Gem of the week 💎 This week we have one of our very own founders and art expert @cuevaaa_comics Q1 How long have you been collecting comics?Been collecting on and off since 1992 but been actively collecting since 2015Q2 what first got you into comics?My first comic ever was X-Men number eight from 1991. The cover head bishop blasting gambit while rogue was next to him. But we really got me was the panel of psylocke inside. If you know, you know, lol!Q3 who are some of your favorite artists?Some of my favorite artists would be J. Scott Campbell, Jim, Lee, David Nakayama, Adam Hughes, Dike Ruan to name a few.Q4. What are your top 3 favorite comic characters?My top three characters would be Psylocke, X-23 & Spiderman Q5. What comic book movie would you like to see made next?I’d say I wouldn’t mind seeing danger girl turned into a movie. Q6. What is your favorite piece of art in your original art collection?My favorite art piece that holds great sentimental value would be one of the panels from the comic book called cover number three by David Mack. It’s of a little samurai boy holding a sword. I got it at the time right before my son was born. it’s my gift to him.Q7. When Cisko asked you to start a new Club did you think he was crazy?Did I think he was crazy? Yes did I expect anything less? No! Cisco and I have the same vision someone he approached me and told me about it. I had no hesitation.Q8. What’s your favorite part of being in a comic Club?Honestly, my favorite part is the brotherhood. Being a prior service member, it becomes ingrained in you and having that brotherhood outside of the service, having that camaraderie and support means everything.Q9. If you could be in any supervillain team what would it be?Hahaha! I think you know the answer to this one! The Black Order.“In your story, you’re the Hero.You deem us the villain.To make you feel complete,bring balance in your story.We will gladly fill that void!”Q10.
