![[和聲Podcast EP6b: 以藝術滋養人心，透過傳播、體驗、創作，讓學生感受藝術之美 | WS Podcast EP6b: Nurturing Souls with the Beauty of Art Through Communication, Experience and Creating]

| College Assembly Review: A Good Farewell — Do the Feelings of the Living Matter Most?]

On 23 October, Lee Woo Sing College invited Mr. Leo LAI, the Funeral Director, to share his insights and reflections on life.
As a 00s funeral director, Mr. LAI not only helps the bereaved arrange traditional rituals, but also places great importance on supporting them emotionally and helping them bid a good farewell to their loved ones. Although he witnesses life and death every day, he has never become indifferent to death. Having encountered countless life stories, with some deceased even younger than himself, he reflected deeply on the value and meaning of life. Drawing on the concept of “being towards death,” he shared the five most common regrets people express at the end of their lives, reminding students of life's fragility and impermanence.
Mr. Lai concluded by encouraging students to reflect on the kind of life they wish to lead, cherish their loved ones, seize the day and strive to live a life with no regrets.
