Georgian Court ‘30

I am excited to announce that I have committed to continue my academic career and play division 2 lacrosse at Georgian Court University

First I would like to thank my parents for everything they’ve done. Driving everywhere to go to tournaments, visit schools, and supporting me throughout my journey

I next would like to thank Shore2Shore lacrosse. Dennis Kelly and Todd Higgins have done so much for me to give me a chance to play and develop from a young age, and to be seen by coaches. I want to thank coach Jimmy Montana as well for always bringing out new ways to think about the game, and pushing me to be a better player, and more importantly a better teammate.

Next I want to thank Coach Dunne and the Farmingdale Lacrosse program for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to grow and compete on such a competitive High School team.

I also want to thank Coach Collin and Skip over at Lock Jaw. From a team that started out as just a place to touch the stick more, to a real home that has been a competitive team that lets me truly have fun playing the sport.

Finally, I want to thank Coach Hover, McCabe, and the rest of the Georgian Court coaching staff for giving me this opportunity.

This one hurts. It feels like yesterday when we lost in the state championship game at Hofstra as a sophomore, and I thought to myself wow I have so much time left. Now it’s over. This program has given me some of my closest friends, and for that I am forever grateful. My best high school moments will always be scoring a huge goal, and looking up into the stands to feel like a whole community has my back, rallying behind me. I’ve truly been through the highs and lows during my career, and each moment has made me a better person because of it. Glad I got to do it all with this group of guys. Long Island Champions forever. #15out by @cuinn_sunde

Once the @dalerslacrosse found their rhythm, momentum took over and led them to their 19-7 victory over Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK.
