There were things that went wrong, plans that changed, and moments that tested my patience.

But there were also small wins, unexpected blessings, and reasons to keep believing.

Looking back, I’m proud of myself for not giving up.

It’s a wrap! 🥹✨

And just like that, another chapter with IDEAFEST has come to an end.

Alhamdulillah, it’s hard to believe that it has already been four years since I first became part of this journey — IDEAFEST, the Eid for Indonesia’s creative minds and industry players! 🇮🇩✨

Every year has brought its own lessons, challenges, and stories. In previous years, I was trusted to serve as Head of Speaker Manager. But this year, I was given a completely new challenge as Head of Matrix.

And honestly, it has been my biggest challenge yet! 💪🏼

Managing the schedules for 150+ IdeaTalks, IDEAFEST X, sponsor and partner sessions, while also working with the Content Curator team to assemble, curate, and refine 120+ Terms of Reference (ToRs).

There were countless details, revisions, endless coordination, and of course… a little bit of chaos behind the scenes. 😆 But seeing everything finally come together and come to life as a whole series of events made every challenge feel so worth it. ❤️

Aaaaaa, thank you so much Mas @bensoebiakto , Mba @olivia_febrina , Mas @gendaadz , @melatisfrp , and @maghfiroridho for the trust and this incredible opportunity. 🙏🏻

And of course, to my amazing Content Curator Team — @szfianti , @argakareba , @renaldostfns , and Mba @nurhanisujoko — thank you for always having each other’s backs throughout this journey. We did it! 🫶🏻

And a very special thank you to our Bapak Content, @firdzaradiany , who contributed around 50 sessions this year! Seriously, thank you so, so much for your ideas, dedication, and contribution to making this year’s program happen. 🙌🏻✨

Lately, life has been all about Talent Development 🤍

But before I got here, I’ve had quite a journey. I started as part of the Creative Team at a private TV station 🔥, then moved into being a Content & Talent Manager in the Esports Industry 👀 After that, I worked as an Account Executive at a startup that eventually went bankrupt (hiks, that was sad)😢 I also spent about a year as a freelancer, and honestly, that period was a real struggle 😫 I even tried being a livestreaming host, but to be honest, that just wasn’t for me; and maybe it simply wasn’t meant to be 😒😏

Work has been keeping me busy; in the best way. Every day, I get to meet and work with incredible talents, clients, production crews, and so many amazing colleagues (way too many to mention one by one) 🫶🏻

Every conversation, every challenge, and every project has taught me something new. And in the middle of all the hustle, I still make time to enjoy the little things and the hobbies that keep me happy 😋

Feeling grateful for this journey and everyone who’s been a part of it. Here’s to many more stories ahead. ✨ taken in Trapped by @culicalicul

My ash blonde hair era has officially come to an end. Been feeling way too comfortable with this color for over a year… and now it’s time for a change. Because staying stuck in your comfort zone will never make you grow or step outside the box.

As 2025 comes to a close, I realize how much life has unfolded this year 😊
Moments of joy I’ll always be grateful for, and moments of pain that quietly reshaped me.

Some decisions weren’t easy 🥹
Some choices came with risks, doubts, and a lot of courage behind the scenes 👀
But every step, whether it felt right or heavy, taught me something about growth, resilience, and trusting the process.

I’m ending this year with a full heart, lessons I won’t forget, and hope I’m choosing to believe in 🙏🏻
May the new year bring new blessings, softer days, and strength for whatever lies ahead 🫶🏻

“As the year wraps up, where’s the perfect place to wander and unwind?”

For me, the answer came naturally 🤩
To celebrate 9 years of friendship, my best friend and I decided to take a trip to Solo and Jogja: a little getaway, a little nostalgia, and for me… a little homecoming 😁

There’s something grounding about revisiting places that shaped you, especially with someone who’s been beside you through almost a decade of stories, growth, and chaos we now laugh about 🤙🏻
This trip wasn’t just about traveling, it was about pausing, reconnecting, and remembering why certain people feel like home 🏡

This year started like a roller coaster I never signed up for 😩

I lost my beloved aunt, went through a storm during a livestreaming moment, and spent Eid away from home; feeling a kind of loneliness I couldn’t really explain 😭

But in between it all, there were moments of joy too; like getting the chance to watch "Ghost in the Cell" by @jokoanwar early 😍🫰🏻

I’m grateful for the friends who stayed, for the support that kept me going, and for the opportunities I didn’t see coming; being trusted again with @ideafestid , and starting a new role in a familiar place 🫶🏻💙

Still healing, still growing, still moving forward. And for now, that’s enough 🙏🏻 by @culicalicul

The last two months weren’t easy, but I kept going.

Still showed up for @ideafestid 2025, worked through everything, and even got a birthday gift that meant more than the gesture. I spent time with people who made life feel lighter, and one highlight I’ll never forget: @pevpearce genuinely paying attention while I briefed her for the Ideatalks x Bank Saqu session. That moment felt special 🫶🏻 Cc @caesargunawan

These past months have been loud and quiet all at once, messy in the most unexpected ways. I went through the highs and lows mostly on my own, even spent my birthday in silence -> It was actually last month, on September 9th. I changed outfits four times just to capture a little moment that still felt special.
But I kept showing up anyway. ✨

I wrapped two big projects: Bank Saqu - Solopreneur Academy 2025 and AIA Switch Up Generation 2025, with Ideafriends; smoothly and with heart. I still get to laugh with my favorite people 😂 and maybe it’s time I spill the perfumes that carried me through it all. 🌫️

Colorful, chaotic, and strangely beautiful, that’s what these months have been.
