i have nothing appropriate to say about these parker house rolls i made.

when life gives you a bag of free shiitake mushrooms you harvested in the urban farm outside your apartment and olive oil from your roommates family orchard in albania, you make risotto style miso parmesan pastina cooked in beef bone broth and topped with spicy mushrooms and crispy sage (and a boiled egg, optional)

perfect meal to eat with nor’easter outside my window goodbye summer

made these key lime pie bars last weeks because summer isn’t over yet or whatever zara larsson said/sang

these were incredibleee (in my humble opinion and according to my coworkers at least). although i’ve never had key lime pie before. in fact i used to hate everything citrus but these converted me. maybe i’ll get crazy and give lemon meringue a shot

so far this isthe only thing that ever came out of florida that i like. yes the ONLY thing.

in honor of it being my birthday in t minus 2 hours i’m posting the pistachio pudding cake i made for @patricknguyen52 birthday.

the cake has pistachio pudding mix and pistachio extract to really get that pistachio flavor and is paired with a cream cheese frosting!

really happy with taste and texture but annoyed with how hole-y 👼 the cake came out so ig that is an excuse to make it again 🍽️

bello! what i would serve james and henry to celebrate the release of their feature film: banana pudding inspired cookies

made these a couple of weeks ago for the cinematic event of the decade, the release of minions vs monsters. would have posted sooner but i have been working a real job instead of being my family’s personal chef. these were so good tho actually heavenly thank u @stephaniesweettreats for the recipe

feeling more pride for this mixed berry crisp cake than i ever have for my country #happy4th

fr one of my favorite bakes ever. the cake was incredibly soft and i love how rustic it looks (i was at my grandparents house so i had a spatula and a dream)

amazing recipe by @maddie_beck_ obviously the red white and blue makes it perfect for july 4th but also berry crisp is a dessert invented in ‘merica
