If you support the current administration/ICE and are open to having a diologue, let's talk.

Our community has a huge rift in it and it's up to us to heal it. I believe the first step is learning how each other ACTUALLY feel, not how social media paints the other sides.

I believe there are certain facts we should all agree on, like if an ICE agent breaks the law we should be able to hold them accountable. Let's find the common ground and stand together, not apart. We should be able to co-exist with differing opinions. I know we didn't turn into a bunch of crazies overnight. by @cullenberglove

HOLY buckaronies it's been a over a week since @the_post_festival and I'm still vibrating with positivity and hopefulness.

When we were first invited to play I think my first reaction was "really, us?". I was in disbelief, definitely a huge case of imposter syndrome. But the guys and I did not take this opportunity lightly, we practiced hard but nothing could have really prepared us for the incredibly warm hug that was Post Fest.

From the crew, to the people in attendance, to the members of the other bands, every single person felt like they were there to lift you up. And on top of that, the other bands were all so amazing.

Needless to say I left Post Fest with a newfound confidence in myself and our music and I definitely plan on returning every year, whether I'm playing or not, because a community like that is worth traveling for. by @cullenberglove

7 years ago Luna and I traveled the country with every single physical possession I owned. Sometimes I feel like I'm still on this trip, wandering hopelessly, looking for answers that don't exist. I have to remind myself that One thing is constant in life, almost everything is out of your control. Your one weapon against this is to truly embody yourself and live in the moment. The only fear you should have is that when your moment comes you don't have the confidence to act. You are the only you in the world and your perspective is valuable whether you believe it or not. by @cullenberglove

Sometimes I get lost in the sauce with all of the headlines and sorrowful news that this world generates. Huge thank you to Luna for snapping me back to reality and showing me that my little corner of existence isn't so bad.

Not the prettiest Lion's Mane I've grown but can't argue with the numbers!

Here's a little Diddy I figured out this morning. It's always a fun puzzle letting a melody evolve and then figuring out how to get back to where you started without it sounding too unnatural.

Cheers!

Fully colonized Lion's Mane block with no grain spawn and no flow hood or still air box used. Testing out a technique that greatly reduces the chance of contamination as trade off for slower colonization times. This may not be useful for a large scale operation but could be a great way for people to grow their own mushrooms at home!

Now to see how it fruits! 🦁🍄

You don't need anything fancy to grow your own mushrooms! I left my mom with a Lion's Mane block and a Walmart bag and on her first attempt she fruited these beauties!! Not only that but she made some mean looking mushroom steaks (swipe right 👉) I mean tell me that doesn't look delicious?

if you want to grow your own Lion's Mane I am here to help! I actually have a couple extra fruiting blocks right now I can give away for dirt cheap, just shoot me a message for details! I also have a small supply of dried Lion's Mane and Lion's Mane powder if anyone is interested 😁

Mush Love! 🍄💖
