Why stage your property before it goes on the market?

I’ve been patiently waiting to share this one.

As it stands, this represents the highest monthly rental value I’ve leased in my career to date, and certainly one of the most memorable transactions I’ve had the privilege of being involved in.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with my clients and their family for a number of years, so when they began looking for a London residence for the summer, they approached me to assist with their search.

I’m a firm believer that your network is your net worth, and this transaction is another reminder of exactly why.

Through a trusted network and a highly collaborative approach, we were able to secure this exceptional home entirely off market.

A huge thank you to Lauren, Aga and the team at @savillsprivateoffice who represented the Landlord and were fantastic to work with throughout this transaction. A special mention also to @cullumdesign who provided additional staging to ensure the property perfectly met my clients’ requirements, and to @vixkeenan at @stanton_miller_recruitment for arranging additional household staff to support the family’s stay.

This was a brilliant example of what can be achieved when everyone is genuinely focused on delivering the best outcome. A fantastic, female-led collaboration that did whatever was needed to get the transaction over the line and ensure both landlord and tenant were delighted.

These are often the transactions nobody sees, the conversations late into the evening, the discreet introductions, the relationship building and the problem solving that takes place long before a deal ever reaches the finish line.

A genuine pleasure to represent such wonderful clients and to work alongside an exceptional team to bring everything together.
