Better late than never AUGUST RECAP!

Starting off with @foreignprez with a 240 kg / 529 PR triple, currently 10.5 weeks out from his next meet !

@foreignprez with a beautiful 342 single , recovering from some odd issues and getting back in the drivers seat for bench.

@foreignprez with another PR triple this time on deadlift of 285 kg / 628 lbs

@pp.dpt with 2.5 kg off his triple PR with 358x 3, returning to claim the culture bench throne ! One rep off the plan but not bad deep into a volume block.

New client @mikepickney03 225 kg/ 495 double . Still working on kinks with squat but strength is high.

@mikepickney03 gunning for 315, with a current PR of 295 very easy .

@mikepickney03 600 lbs double. Enough said .

New client : @hekindalift
220 kg/ 485 lbs single after lots of form and block structure change. Expect some big things soon. by @culturecodepl

Client Meet Recap: Eric Park

•Squat: 225 kg/ 518 lbs +7.5 kg/ 15 lbs Meet PR
•Bench: 150 kg/ 330 lbs +7.5 kg/ 15 lbs Meet PR
•Deadlift: 245 kg/ 540 lbs - 5 kg/ 10 lbs

Total: 630 kg/ 1388 lbs +20 lbs PR

Eric’s Meet day was very solid. Training prior had been solid, but we ran into some trouble after some solid training. That alongside a few mishaps in training, we took all the momentum we could muster and came out on top with some fantastic meet PRs. Eric and I are going back to baseline and are easy to build something nasty once again.

Oh yeah, and content is back on! Leh ride. If you’re interested in coaching DM my account and fill out the sheet in the bio.

CULTURE CODE DECEMBER RECAP!

Client 1: @pp.dpt with a 245 kg/ 540 lbs x2 for an ATPR with big room to spare and 272.5 kg/ 601 lbs for an ATPR.

- After about 7 blocks, countless injuries and rough spots, we have hit a stride and made a set up for deadlifts. Made the tough call of switching his primary squat day and primary deadlift day, to allow the primary deadlift to be first, and both lifts seem to have to hit an impressive stride. Being only two weeks out and some change from his next meet, he is ready to shake the stage!

Client 2: @beefy_bulgogi with a conventional ATPR is of 240 kg/ 529 lbs x2 , and an ATPR double on bench of 142.5 kg/ 314 lbs.

- Only his second block with me, and things are clicking. Although we are planning to eventually switch back to sumo. The conventional arc is booming. Bench is bumping, and so is BW!

Client 3: @foreignprez with a set of 275 kg/ 606 lbs x4 and 170 kg/ 375 lbs for a 3ct pause.

- Ronnie is a workaholic. completing his workouts in the dead of night while doing the Lords work and coaching his HS powerlifting team. Deadlift is pacing really nicely only one block in, and bench is on the move as well!

Client 4: @braydenhaydel with his week 3 230 kg/ 507 lbs x3 .

- Just getting started with Brayden, but he was unfortunately hit with sickness his w4, but his week 3 lifts and his mentality is extremely tough to as is. Bro is MCAT maxxing while becoming an elite lifter.

Plateauing on bench is normal, but to limit that here’s what me and my client @pp.dpt did:

1.) Add frequency : In the form of a third bench day less focused on load but more on getting more practice + volume. He began with having capped loads, but now has progressed to an RPE based day.

2.) Increased Accessories with Intensity: Allowing Peyton to grow areas such as the chest, tricep and back to build a greater base for his bench. We also made sure that his intensity for the sets were between 1-3 RIR.

3.) Attentive Recovery: This was aimed at making sure Peyton recovers correctly for each session, making it easier to identify what isn’t and is working. Poor recovery and fuel can lead to bad sessions despite proper programming, which will make the pathway to success les efficient .

His Success:
Vid 4: 155 kg/ 342 lbs x3 (5 kg/11 lbs Pr)- Block 1
Vid 5: 160 kg/ 353 lbs x2 (5kg/11 lbs PR)- Block 2
Vid 6: 170 kg/ 375 lbs x1 (5 kg/11 lbs PR)- Block 3
