I’m literally compromising my GUT over here to make sure you all know about this sweet lil treat. All treat, no tricks yall. Get it while the good is here, baby! ✌️ by @cupandsaucernc
What do you have that’s gluten free? Great question. Let me show you —- Some of these are also diary free! Ask your barista for recommendations of some of their favorite pastries! • • • • *** we by no means are a certified gluten free bakery. The odds of cross contamination are very high, so celiac folks beware. The purpose of this post was to share options for GF sensitive people. We also make a lot of our gluten-free pastries with almond flour, so beware if you have an almond allergy . by @cupandsaucernc
👉👉LINK IN BIO If you’ve gotten the chance to know Tony, you have met a great young man. He’s so kind, thoughtful, and an absolutely hard worker - all while balancing college classes and time with his family. He’s asked us to share his gofundme with the community. Tony’s family is facing the reality of how tragic the deportation process can be, and have been doing everything they can to navigate an overwhelming and difficult situation of raising money for legal expenses in efforts to keep Regino here. Read more at the link in our bio. If you can, please spread the word and help us, as employers, friends, and community, to assist our sweet Tony to raise funds for his family. by @cupandsaucernc
