Just got my hands back on the camera. At 15, I started working in live broadcast, and now, 20 years later, our new project is taking me right back to where it all began.

I laid in bed that first night and asked myself, Unnar, how did you end up here. Life takes wild turns and your energy pulls you into unexpected places. Oklahoma surprised me in the best way. I liked it much more than I ever thought I would 🎄🐮 taken in Oklahoma by @cupoficeland

California’s first ever Icelandic café just landed in Silverlake🌿⚡️ Meet Thor’s Skyr, where everything is built around Skyr — Iceland’s protein-packed cousin to yogurt that’s extra thick, creamy, and healthy.

✨What I had:
🥤 Cloudy Morning Shake – Skyr, dates, mango, almonds, banana, peanut butter, orange, pineapple, almond milk
🥪 Loki’s Club – chicken, mozzarella, tomatoes, avocado, bacon, Skyr pesto
🥣 Thor’s Hammer Bowl – acai, banana, blue spirulina, berries, Skyr, coconut, granola, peanut butter, salted caramel coconut flakes

And the best part? With any purchase you get guilt-free high protein waffles + drip coffee FREE🧇☕️

Silverlake’s new Nordic gem is officially here. Who’s down to try?

Thank you for having me @thorsskyr @cupofskyr

The past three months have marked an exciting new chapter in the Thor’s Journey — and this is only the beginning.

Phoenix – Now Open
LA – Opening after the weekend
Scottsdale – Opens late next week

None of this would be possible without the incredible people around me who share the same vision and drive. No quitters on this team — Only Vikings moving forward⚡️ taken in United States of America by @cupoficeland

Welcome to Thor’s Skyr – where tradition meets flavor, and health meets indulgence.

From creamy skyr bowls topped with fresh fruit to vibrant smoothies and our signature Thor’s Hammer, we’re bringing Icelandic goodness straight to Downtown Phoenix.

Packed with protein, full of culture, and made with love—this is not yogurt… it’s Skyr!

Come taste the difference.
