Big Life Update: I’ve officially transitioned out of my full-time role as VP of Operations, completing a 5-year chapter at Velocity Coaching 🙌

It was 5 years of growth, incredible people, and lessons that have shaped me as an adult and leader. I am beyond grateful for this season of my life and everything I’ve learned along the way about leading with heart, running a successful business and connecting with inspiring coaches and executives.

While working full time, I’ve also been building something of my own. Since 2020, I’ve led over 400 corporate wellness classes around meditation, yoga, aromatherapy, mindfulness, guiding hundreds (maybe thousands?) of students. I don’t always post about my achievements but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come since I guided my first corporate meditation in 2016 at Yelp. I remember feeling so nervous, and now I get to say holding space is a regular part of my life and career. 🥹

So what’s next for me? I’m going ALL in. Full-time focus on my wellness business and growing my soul along the way. My goal? Doing it all in a way that’s sustainable and joy-filled. Rest included. Admittedly, working 2 jobs for 5 years is hard work, but this experience has taught me everything I need to grow what I feel most passionate about in this season of my life.

On this day a year ago, Derek and I landed in Bali for our honeymoon 🥰 while I’ve shared a lot of photos from that trip, this is the first time I’m sharing pics from Uluwatu, our final stop in Bali before heading to Singapore.

Some highlights included: our honeymoon villa with pool overlooking uluwatu, the GWK cultural park, a fire dance at Uluwatu temple during sunset (mesmerizing), delicious food, stunning beaches, surf lesson (I ate shit 🤣), magical yoga class, and one of those floating breakfasts in the pool.

Can’t believe it’s been a year since our honeymoon 🥹 So grateful we got to explore this amazing place together and complete the final transition into our life as a married couple in the most magical of spaces🙏🏼 taken in Uluwatu, Bali, Indonesia by @cupofkremi

POV my husband is a professional chef who loves Bulgarian food 🇧🇬We’ve been making Banitsa for years and finally recorded the process. This was one of our best yet!

For those unfamiliar, Banitsa is a traditional phyllo dough pastry with white cheese, eggs, and yogurt, usually eaten for breakfast, but anytime of the day is appropriate when something is this damn delicious.

Meet Travel Ease 🌱 she enjoys long walks in new cities, hop on hop off adventures and sunset cruises in dreamy destinations.

When in Paris…kiss under the Eiffel Tower, eat everything in sight, reunite with a childhood bestie, and sit outside to people watch for hours ✨ It was a gift to explore this romantically charming city with my favorite human whose love language just happens to be boulangerie all day every day 🥐 @derek_chef90

My inner child is also still glowing from seeing Alanna and Tom, who took the train from London to meet up with us. 60 seconds of breath goes a long way when traveling ✈️ this was my practice in Budapest this summer. What I noticed: I was in my body experiencing the city more deeply through the senses.

The sun against my cheeks, the taste of the perfectly salted goulash, the lights of the parliament twinkle at night, the smell of chimney cakes and the sound of live music by the water.

Consensus: it’s the best 60 seconds I could have spent. 10/10 would recommend to really be present for your vacation ✨ by @cupofkremi

Cup of Kremi Aromatics is officially LIVE in the Sunset District of San Francisco at Holistic Adjustments🥹 what a gift to offer my rollers in the same neighborhood where I hand make each one with love ❤️

It’s so cool to create these aromatic mindfulness rituals in the waiting room of my favorite chiropractor’s office. The intentionality of the experience starts in the waiting room as you’re invited to Choose your Intention 🌱

I’m about to hit the pause button to travel in July, but once I come back in August, I’ll be excited to connect with more holistic spaces that want to curate their waiting room experiences.
