Some days, self-care looks like a long walk, a good meal or time with people you love. On other days, it’s just your two-minute ritual at the sink. 💚

Both count.

This is your #WorldMentalHealthDay reminder that taking care of yourself doesn’t have to look big to matter.

How will you look after yourself today? 👇

Braces come with a little extra homework. Brackets to work around, wires to clean under, and a lot more places for plaque to settle.🦷

The CS 5460 ortho has a groove running down the middle of its 5,460 filaments, so it cleans around brackets and under the wires while staying gentle on your gums.

One less thing to worry about on your braces journey. 💙

Your interdental brush colour is decided for you by the size you need. Your holder, though, is entirely your call. 🎨

The Click System means you can keep the holder you like and swap only the brush when it's worn. Less plastic, the same favourite handle, fresh bristles whenever you need them.

So settle this for us: does your holder have to match the brush? 😅

"Biofunctional" is one of those words that sounds like it was invented by a marketing department. It wasn't. 🤖

It means that the shape of our soother was designed around what a baby's mouth is already doing — the tongue moving, the jaw working, the palate forming — rather than asking the mouth to adapt to the soother. 👦

The flat teat and lateral wings are what make that possible. Swipe to see how it works. 💙

Choosing an interdental brush shouldn't be a guessing game. 🦷

When do we start cleaning between our kid’s teeth?" As soon as two teeth touch. 🦷🫂🦷

This happens earlier than most parents expect, and it's the one spot a toothbrush can't reach. Interdental brushes are also far easier for small hands than floss. Swipe for the three steps to interdental brushing for kids. 💙

Twenty milk teeth take around three years to arrive. A regular oral care routine starts with the very first tooth. 👶🪥

Waiting for the full set means the earliest teeth spend over two years unprotected. And decay in a milk tooth can reach the permanent one forming underneath. Swipe for what a first-tooth routine looks like. 💙
