For a long time, I’ve been running two businesses.

It started with planning and coordination — being there for couples, managing the details, the suppliers, the timings, the logistics and making sure the day itself felt calm, seamless and completely taken care of.

Then the styling side grew.

The candles, the draping, the tables, the hire pieces and all the little details that change how a space feels.

And somewhere along the way, I realised they were never really two separate things.

Because when I work with a couple, I don’t just see the timeline.
I see the whole wedding.

I’m thinking about how the ceremony will feel, how the room will look when guests walk in, how everything transitions throughout the day, how the styling works with the space, and how every detail we’ve planned actually comes together.

More and more, my clients were trusting me with both.

So combining the two businesses felt less like starting again, and more like finally bringing everything I do together under one name.

A Mum, a wife, a best friend and the heart behind SK Weddings & The Luxury Hire Co

Ever since watching Father of the Bride as a little girl, I’ve been completely captivated by weddings. What started as a childhood dream led me to study Dance & Drama, build a successful career in recruitment, and eventually take a leap of faith to follow the career I truly loved.

When I became a Mum, everything changed. I wanted my little boy to grow up knowing that it’s possible to build a life around your passion. So I turned what began as a passion project into my full-time business.

Today, I have the privilege of designing, styling and coordinating weddings that are as beautiful as they are personal. I’m calm under pressure, obsessed with the details, and genuinely invested in making sure every couple can relax and soak up every moment of their day.

When you get access to your venue at 9am and the reception starts at 12.30pm… 👀

3.5 hours to completely transform the space.

No pressure then!
