Do I feel awkward? Absolutely.
Do I love cocktails? HELL yeah!!!
Do I love sharing them? I kinda do!

I had a conversation with @kaylaann.malone before starting this and she gave me some great tips… one being, you will never stop feeling cringe! But she did also say that if it’s something you love… who cares?

So here’s to more awkward videos, being worried about how I look, cringing at my voice, doing outfit changes, readjusting my hair, retaking the shot because my dog barked at a cow (yes this happened), throwing ice/drink/juice everywhere and doing it anyway!!

Do the thing that scares you! Take up room! And be obsessed with your thing! We’re all gonna die anyways!!!

🍓 Strawberry Elderflower Dry Spritz 🍓

Time for a refreshing dry bar cocktail… honestly you can add as much of each to taste but for reference I use:
🍓 2oz Blended Frozen Strawberries
🌸 .5oz Elderflower Syrup (@ikeacanada)
🍋.25oz Yuzu Syrup (@splittreemixers)
Squeeze of lemon
Dash of Lemon and Umami Bitters (@cocktailemporium)
Stirred on ice and topped with soda (or mixer of choice!)

Squeezing the last sunny afternoons out of summer with a spritz in hand… Cheers ✨

Awkward thing is, the loser is me 🤦🏻‍♀️

This whole thing is a real test on trusting myself, feeling silly and doing it anyway!

Here’s to more merch, more events and of course, many more cocktails in our future… because as Baz Luhrmann once said… ‘Do one thing every day that scares you’ 🫪

Taco Tuesday needs a Tequila drink to match, obviously 🙄

Tequila, Cointreau, Strawberry Purée, Lime, Yuzu & Ginger Beer ✨

Want to make this fruity number? Say hi in the comments and I’ll send you the recipe 🍓

Still riding the high from Fridays pop up -
@rooftopcoffeeroasters sure knows how to throw a ten year party!

Here’s a couple of my cocktails from Fridays event in the most beautiful photos from @maddiefaithporter :

You won’t believe it has coffee - A gin sour featuring Rooftop Cesar Munoz Coffee infused gin (Local @ferniedistillers Prospector in fact!), Lychee Liqueur, Lemon, Thyme & Egg White.

2nd Ave Patio Hangs: An ode to strawberry matcha with Strawberry Infused Aperol, Elderflower Liqueur, Lemon Bitters, Prosecco & Soda, topped with Coconut Matcha Foam.

Thanks to everyone that came and supported… Curious Pour is officially registered as a business so keep your eyes peeled for future events and offerings… I’d love to take you along on the adventure. And if you have any ideas for an event, collab or fun backyard hang, get in touch!
