September was about me.💖

Reflecting on everything I’ve accomplished, everything I’ve learned, and everything I want to continue growing into as I step into Quarter 4.

This month reminded me that slowing down doesn’t mean falling behind. Sometimes you need to pause, reflect, and pour back into yourself before the next chapter begins. 🤍

I’m leaving September with more clarity, intention, and a vision for the woman I want to become.🎀

Here’s to finishing the year softer, stronger, and more intentional than I started it. 🌸✨

Sometimes, the best form of therapy is simply moving your body, clearing your mind, and giving yourself the grace of being a beginner.🫶🏽✨

Movement will always be my favorite ways to work through the difficult moments life throws at you. 🤍

I decided as Q4 quickly approached I would put my head down and focus on my goals. For a known yapper, I have been pretty quiet on my page to lock in!

But I’ve been getting a feeling to share my experience and called to help other girlies post break up navigate rediscovering themselves! 🥹

Stay tuned for what’s to come!🩷✨

Running helped bring me the peace I needed…

A few months ago, I went through a breakup, and for the first time, I didn’t fall apart the way I normally would. Instead, I poured all of that time, energy, and focus back into myself.🌸

I started doing things that made me happy. I started choosing myself. I kept moving forward, even on the days when it was hard.❤️‍🩹

And somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn’t sad anymore. I wasn’t angry. I wasn’t waiting for closure or waiting for answers to questions I know I’d never get.

I was just… at peace.

And man, is my life AMAZING. 🥹🩷✨

So if you’re going through it right now, please keep going. Do the things that make you happy. Pour into yourself. Keep moving, even if it’s one tiny step at a time.

Your life WILL get so much better than you can imagine. I promise. 🙏💖 taken in Miami, Florida by @curlee_tee
