Last weekend was my Chakkara’s debut Bharatanatyam performance in Arangam 2025.
Seeing her dressed up together with her friends, the backstage chaos and the crowd brought back so many memories of my childhood. I remember how proud my mom was to see me perform on the stage. Now it was my turn to see my daughter perform and I only had happy tears. It was a full circle moment 🥹

We were extremely happy & proud to see our precious girl shine on the stage. Daisha is truly blessed to have started her dance journey with @nrityapada and to have the incredible & talented @vijaythasreeram as her guru🙏

We thank Vijaytha from the bottom of our hearts for her guidance, feedback and most importantly her patience with Daisha🙏
Also, kudos to Nrityapada & Vijaytha for pulling off another successful year of Arangam. It takes real strength & commitment to train & bring 75+ students on the stage for the event 🙌🏻

We can’t wait for next year😍

When your little one doesn’t co-operate to dress up as Krishna, ChatGPT is your final resort.
Look what GPT did to him in the second picture 😅

Daisha turns 8 & it just feels like yesterday, the first time I held her in my arms🥹💕

Happy birthday to the boss of our house who fills our lives with joy & love. You’re the best part of our days & the best gift in our lives.

This year we saw the nurturing part of you since your little brother arrived and all we can say is that you’re the BEST sister he could ever have. Watching you both bond and grow together is pure joy.

Thank you for surprising us everyday with your new skills, interests and pep talks. We love you a lot, our moonpie. Keep shining bright ✨
